The employees there are nice enough, but this particular Best Buy is so small it barely has anything in the way of merch to offer versus other regular Best Buy stores.

Helpful, friendly staff at the Eagan . Don't go to the Maplewood store where it took 30+ minutes for anyone to acknowledge you. Being on ones phone seemed to be more important than helping the customers.

Best Buy is hit or miss store.
This location was better than some. The selection on the floor is tragic, for both printers and TV's, but it's good for ordering online and picking up in store.
The staff was friendly and competent at this location. Overall a good experience.

Fantastic Best Buy this place has absolutely improved over the years, I am really impressed with the customer service, price matching, and really good product selection with relatively fair prices as well depending on what you're purchasing.
