Shout out to Todd at Batteries Plus in Eagan. I stopped in today to have him check the battery in my car fob. He was so helpful and had the kind of manners that would make a momma proud. I witnessed him help another customer while I was there, and was so impressed with his customer service. Keep up the good work, young man.

Joey the manager was super helpful. We brought in some watches to get some new batteries installed, and we also had some questions regarding other batteries. He as well as his staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. We can highly recommend this store for any of your battery needs.

Joey at the Eagan Batteries Plus really made my day great! Although I was upset as I entered the store due to the issues I was experiencing with my cell phone battery, Joey turned everything around for me with his honest and friendly help. He was extremely patient in explaining and demonstrating how to preserve the battery life on my phone. Thank you so much, Joey!

Joey provided excellent customer support to me and explained in detail the products to help me get what I needed. I HIGHLY recommend this store and Joey was really outstanding in his knowledge of all the products-he actually knew from memory the product I needed based on the number code. Extremely awful business practices, they charged my son $3 for a battery recycle (He regrets this decision) I tried contacting the manager when he charged my son he disconnected me in the middle of conversation (manager was rude) especially that many places recycle batteries for free (my son wasn't informed about other places), and previously like a few years ago when I came there they tried to charge me for a battery replacement of car remote control I refused/left. The prices here are much higher than most places for batteries, and please do not go here to recycle your batteries. Other places do this kind of stuff for free. I also purchased AA/AAA batteries here from Duracell here, which leaked much earlier than expiration date, which damaged my devices. Do not give your money to these crooks, I have very disappointing experiences here and I strongly suggest you avoid to this business. How is this franchise still in business with overpriced batteries and condescending customer service. No Thanks!!!
