Great Location and Customer service in the bank. The staff at Eagan location is amazing. If you get a fraud charge on your debit card don’t waste your time disputing it, they will not rule in your favor. They will not give your money back. The customer service outside Eagan is horrible. Do not go any where near the Burnsville location, the customer service there is horrible. i am 0 for 3 now, if it was not such an inconvenience to switch banks I would be gone.

Visited this bank to cash a check, drawn on their bank. After 10 minutes at drive up window, teller came back twice to confirm I wanted to cash the check. Few minutes later 2nd party comes to re-verify I wanted cash for the check... (again, check drawn on their bank... ???) I asked if everything was okay with the check... oh yes, no problem... I've been there 10 minutes... teller comes back, wanted 2nd form of ID... seriously? Check amount was only $900.... Not $9,000... $900. Pulled out 2nd ID, once more came back, "you have to come inside " it gets even crazier when I go inside their sad teensy little satellite where once was a full scale bank... Now I'm inside, 2 forms of ID.... WAITING, AND WAITING AND WAITING while woman stairs at her computer... think she was playing a game of solitaire... she eventually pulls cash out, lays coin in front of me... I asked if I could get my ID'S back... she then decides she's not done with my ID'S, begins typing in my personal info into her computer... ??? I WAS CASHING A CHECK DRAWN ON THEIR BANK!!! It's been now more than 20 minutes since I pulled up to their drive thru... I explained that she doesn't need my private info in her system, I asked for my DL & SS Card back... she began to hand me the check, told me to go cash it at my bank. For real...this woman had some serious personal issues. She also had a legal obligation to cash that check. I explained that 2nd part to her. With a ridiculous snarl on her face she finally handed over the cash and my ID's... she kept the coin I was owed, but.... Cashing a check is typically a 2 minute process, at Associated bank it took 3 employees 30 minutes. This was Friday, Saturday I went to DMV , my son's DL renewal took less time than Associated Bank cashing a check!!

I do most of my banking online. When I do need to go into a physical branch, I choose this one. I've been in here several times to buy foreign currency for travel. They're always incredibly helpful, amazingly knowledge, and extreamly kind. I appreciate being able to go into a bank and know that I'm not going to have an unpleasant experience. They always make sure that I understand what is happening and walk me through the process. Thank you to all the staff at the Eagan branch for making banking a good experience. Highly recommend for the customer service alone.

Don't ever go there it'slike they are run by commuinists who want to kill americans. I tried to acces my account with my veterans ID and they said that looke like it was made at home, also ccmailing thta it is not a valid id. When you try to file a complaint witht hthe regional supervior, thta person is not vaialble by phone nor do they have something called email. The site manager demands to help correct the problem, asking foir an explanation (but they we standing right beside the perosn who made the id jokes, so they know exactly what the problem was). Then they refuse to give the number to speak with regional amanares, instaed demanding a customers provides their phone number or saying if you refuse to work with use we can't help you.

We thought we got caught up in a scam but the great security measures at Associated Bank may have blocked it. Mike the Assistant Manager was very helpful in closing out our 25+ year old checking account and opening a new account.

Visited the location and spoke to the assistant manager Jacqueline last Saturday with 2 issues. Neither she was able to help with and needed to contact the branch manager for 1 issue and get her opinion and the back office for the other issue. She said she would follow up with me Monday as the 1 issue was time sensitive (I needed a letter from the bank verifying my account for another lender). Never heard a word. Called her left 3 voicemails this week. Called the branch manager and left a voicemail. Called the branch and they said I needed to talk to either of them but they were both busy and I was put into voicemail. It's no Friday and no reply to my multiple emails or phone calls. If this isn't handled today my other lender I'm working with will cancel the transaction. WORST BANK EVER!!! This location is worthless.

Was here yesterday 10/28/2020. Jackie was very helpful and gave great info in regards to money transfer and simply made life easier. Sadly, she's only here briefly at this location. Thanks Jackie!

I have heard many things about this bank's unethical loan practices and now I have seen them for myself. Avoid this bank at all cost. Associated Bank services my mortgage loan. This year I wanted to prepay my taxes. I called their loan department to find out if they would suspend my impounds for the year if I prepaid or what I needed to do. I was advised that I would have to continue my impounds but that after the dates the mortgage installments were due they would confirm they were paid and then send me my refund for the overages. They did this after my May installment. After my Oct tax payment date I called Associated Loan services where I was told they no longer will send the overages I will have to wait until next May. That gives them my money for 18 months. This is not what they told me when I made my initial call. They can confirm that my taxes are paid. They can confirm that they have all that money in my escrow account as an overage. They originally told me they would refund after confirmation of tax payment and now they will not release my funds.

They use to have free checking and savings not nomore now you get charged checking and savings and also they use to be open at a good time now they close doors 3 hours early and i cant believe they lack deposite at the atm. They aslso closed my account with money in it. Took forever to get my money back....
