Back to school shoe needs brought me in. They only had two boys shoes to choose from, but quickly narrowed to one because there was only a single pair of size one and a half in the store. The employees were helpful. They all checked on us to see if we needed assistance many times while we were shopping. My husband also found a pair. Prices didn't seem to be the outlet pricing that I would expect, I thought it was still very expensive. The store is clean and easy to navigate.

Came in frustrated with the 3 pairs I bought online, left ecstatic. Matt is super knowledgeable. Put me in the perfect shoe even though it was one I thought i didn't want. He was so right.

If I could give this ZERO stars, I would. Walked inguy working on his cell phone right by front door. I started looking at shoes as he walked by still on his phone, he nodded at me. (Guess talking about life with his friend was more important than doing his job) he goes from front of store to back, when I walked to the back he walked to the front.Aside from this, it appeared the prices were MSRP, not what I expected from an outlet store.I may give them another shot, but I'm not sure. Ended going to mom and pop Schuler Shoes and spent the same money on a pair of shoes but had someone actually help me and talk to me about the product.
