Highly priced items for average quality, at best.
Christina was pretty rude and stand-offish. Used indirect & passive aggressive communication styles that don’t make sense for a leadership position. Gossiped about her staff often. She did not foster a welcoming environment, nor make one feel valued as a customer..
This unfriendly and negative worker made it difficult to feel warmly of the brand. However, other staff members were kind and helpful

It is a well kept and clean store. But we came in yesterday and there was a rude worker in the fitting room yesterday. Tall lady working. I asked her about the deals going on. Wasn’t sure if clearance items had another discount added on top of it. She stared at me and didn’t even talk. I asked her more questions and she just nodded and didn’t talk again. Even my little girl with me asked why the workers don’t talk!

Worst store I have ever been too. I shop in many high end stores across the globe and this is the first store and first time I have ever had someone bug me in the dressing room. So annoying, they don’t give you a piece of mind. Not worth spending my money in a store that doesn’t respect its customers privacy.Don’t shop in this store if you value your privacy, they will keep disturbing you in the dressing room

Kristina was the best fitting room attendant i have ever had! Very attentive, never overbearing, incredibly helpful!! Also extremely knowledgeable about the product—I heard her tell other customers which clothes were machine washable or hang-dry without needing to see the tags!The people at the checkout were nice too, but Kristina blew me away. She deserves a raise!

Ann Taylor is a great store to shop at if you're a business lady! I was able to fund very nice work pants here and work attire. It is spendy, but I feel the quality of the fabric justifies the pricing. Pants are $70+ from what I observed. Shirts are around $30+. They have a few clearance rack items in the back left hand corner of the store and friendly staff that will start fitting rooms for you. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area. Store is super clean! ?

I went into this store for the first time to purchase my wife a gift card for her birthday. Technical issues arose with the printer and I did not receive a receipt for my purchase. The outstanding sales woman spent 10 minutes helping resolve my issue. It turned out to be a system problem. She did not give up and was successful over coming the issue. It may seem like a small thing however the length of time spent and helping to resolve the issue all-the-while keeping the experience light and positive was outstanding. I wish I would have asked the name because she did such a great job and deserves recognition. Excellent service and a happy customer. Thank you!

This Ann Taylor has a great selection of clothes. Not sure if I just hit the correct day but the items on sale were awesome and in my size as well. Helpful sales staff.

Prices are outrageous for clearance. They mark them a dollar for so off and put on clearance, while the rest of the store is 40 to 50 percent off. That part is a rip off and I shopped at many Ann Taylors.
