They refuse to make things right. Bought a pair of pants that ripped the first time I wore them. Customer Service and the store itself refused to make it right even when I asked if I could ship it back. It doesn't make sense for me to drive back to the store to get a refund because I'd spend half the cost on gas. The store response was basically "too bad".

The staff in Aerie need customer service training, super rude. I was waiting to checkout for 10min while 2 girls were gossiping and chatting away right in front of my face - completely ignoring a customer ready to checkout. I should have just left without purchasing anything.Also, the girl continued to gossip with her friend and giggle during checkout. She did not care to apply my rewards to my order even though I asked, but she did not want to bother. I wont be coming back. Disappointing

Wishing there were a bit more of a selection for swim wear, and was hoping for more crop tops, but overall it was a very good experience, and we will be returning to this location in the future.

Rude customer service-one blonde girl stopped looking at me in the middle of my question asking if they had a specific tee shirt for my female friend, and she started having a full on discussion with her co-worker in the middle of the store and continued on taking past me like I wasn’t standing there. It was BIZARRE. She didn’t know how anything worked, I asked about Afterpay as advertised on their desk and she said “I don’t know anything about that” and didn’t ask for assistance. She sent me home with a security tag still on a shirt. I was leaving for two weeks, so that shirt stayed behind. Now I’m back in line for the return and there is only one register so we are all in a long line waiting for a ridiculous long time. This has been the case all three times I have been here. I’ll never come back if this is how AE operates. The current girl working the desk is also very unfriendly, unapologetic, and couldn’t care less about service. She looks like she hates her job. The woman ahead of me looked at me and the people behind and said “good luck”. Yeah, we definitely won’t be back here.

I took my daughter back to school shopping. She only managed to find 1 pair of jeans and it was bogo 1/2 off. They fitting from attendant said they could order another pair at the register and still get the sale.Waited in line for 30 minutes only for the cashier to be completely inept. She at first tried to order me the exact same pair we used as an example instead of the 8long that i needed. What sense does that make to order the same exact pair I'm showing you?? She asked forthe size we needed 3 times. Asked for my phone number at least 4 times. Just didn't seem at all "with it". We finally get out of there to make it home and find 2 of our items missing. I called and they said they're here come and get them. We live 30 minutes away! They did agree to ship. Looking over my receipt I see they never even gave me the 50% of the second pair of jeans!! I should have known it was beyond the cashier's comprehension!

This is the best experience I have ever had in a store. The American eagle employee’s were incredible but the Aerie ones went above and beyond. All of whom were so kind and friendly. Willing to help and give a recommendation whenever it was needed. They are truly amazing people and if you’re going to go to a store in this area you should come to this one just for the friendly and helpful staff alone!!

I went into this American Eagle today, and yes I received some amazing customer service from associates, others were rude, and disrespectful. This specific employee was of asian decent, wearing blue shorts and a white crop top. From the moment I approached her asking for a fitting room she was aggravated and didn’t want to assist me, then when checking out her attitude towards me got even worse because I asked a simple question. Don’t go to this American Eagle because you will most likely be racially discriminated against, and as a black women this was heartbreaking and I will no longer shop at this location anymore.

I took my daughter as I came visit from California I was amazed how helpful the team were and specially Faith, it is like her name matches her perfect. She was able to understand my situation and she came out of the register and helped in every way a human can help you. She was not just friendly, but also caring and she listened to my needs and went above and beyond. Faith should be a manager because she will reke the company to the next level with her knowledge amd caring for everyone. I was really amazed and Thankful for her service. I had never had an excellent customer service that was so perfect.Thank you Faith and I am so glad your mom gave you the name!Thanks

I had come in to visit the other day looking for high rise jeggings.... Employees were super attentive but there was one manager who seemed rather rude and almost had a distasteful treatment towards employees. I believe her name to be steff. Amazing employees but seems a bit forced...

Stopped by this past weekend and even with the store being very busy the location was clean, store associates were very friendly and helping people around. Security was great. I lost my phone in a fitting room and the staff found it and put it in the manager's office. Manager asked me about the type of phone, color and image to confirm it was mine. Love this place! Worth the extra drive to shop at a better place.
