My business delivery hours are set from 9-2. Amazon said they would deliver my order from 3:15-5:15, clearly outside of my set hours. I went out of my way to be there, they attempted delivery at 3pm when no one was there. I called that night and was told delivery would be attempted Sat. between 9 and noon, outside of my normal business hours. For some reason THIS TIME they followed my delivery hours and would not deliver during this time. I called Sat morning and was told that delivery would happen before 6pm, Called again, and again, still no delivery. Now they claim it will be delivered on Sunday between 9-noon. I don't believe them and have spend 4 hours of my NON-WORKING hours on the phone with Amazon. We needed this item to be delivered asap. Amazon appears to not care and customer service keeps telling lies that this will actually be delivered. It would have been easier for me to just pick up the item from this location myself.

My packages are not dropped as instructed most of the time. The driver is supposed to drop them in the front of the house. Instead, he or she drops the packages in the back, on the ground in front of the gate. I've even had the delivery person place them inside the gate on the trash can. Which is in the Back of the house. This is very disappointing!

Nothing but constant problems from this facility. Packages lost, late, delivered to the wrong location, etc

3 packages were to be delivered to the same address. One driver found it no problem. The other saw on google maps it was a construction site and didn’t attempt to drive there. If they would have they would have found a newly constructed and inhabited apartment building. How can one driver figure this out and another not?

This place is the worst delivery place ever. The Parkage that i needed on Friday 2/9/24 to finish a job on Friday says out for delivery from 11 am. i was glued to my shop from 11 am till 9pm mind you, i normally close at 7 pm at 9:5pm i see. Sorry, we attempted to believe your package. Unfortunately, we ran into problems! On the tracking. We will try again on monday 2/12/24. With no explanation, which problem. Angry is an understatement ?

Not very helpful. my package said it was at this location and I asked and they said it was never there so someone is lying because they don't just update the location on the app saying it's there if it's not. hire better people and ones that don't steal
