I have worked with All In One Accounting since 2012, and I highly recommend them. All In One Accounting is an excellent resource for all levels of accounting support. The needs of my business have changed over time, so I have worked with them in a variety of capacities including CFO, accounting support, and "hey, can you create a spreadsheet that does THIS?" They are always responsive, professional, and accurate! They are excellent!

I could not recommend a financial services firm more. This team is able to flex up or down based on our needs and is basically a group of financial ninjas. Outsourcing financial operations has allowed us to keep our overhead low and performance high. No brainer.

I am so disappointed to have to write this review - but I want to make sure no other small businesses end up in the same situation I am in right now. This review is long, but is nowhere near exhaustive or as detailed as it could be to illustrate the extreme level of incompetence and egregious errors made by the “professional” accountants at All In One.I own multiple companies and have an Inc 5000 small business. I used All In One Accounting from January 2018 until March 2020 and spent over $40,000 during that time. Like most small business owners, my background is not in finance, so I hired contract help assuming it’s better to have the “experts” handle it.I terminated their contract in March 2020 due to several concerns – and since then have discovered a myriad of unbelievable mistakes by these “experts”. Over the past six months, our finance team and amazing CPA have discovered extensive misconduct.This is not exhaustive as I can not detail fully every mistake they made, but this will give you an idea of the depth and seriousness of their errors:-Classified not one but TWO construction loan draw reimbursement deposits in bank account as loan advances from an almost decade old company van vehicle loan even though had clear and explicit documentation for construction loan reimbursements-Then, to make matters worse, booked them correctly 4 months later (i.e. double booked) and somehow reconciled the bank account with $40,000 more deposits than it actually received!-Classified manual paychecks incorrectly as office supplies-Classified intercompany “due from” incorrectly as liability (should be asset)-Created General Ledger Accounts and entered full loans in the wrong company-Classified holiday employee bonuses incorrectly as “pay advance liability” (even though they were informed of the employee bonuses via email)-Company vehicle loan payments classified incorrectly as “Automobile Expense” when should have been applied to pay down loan-Never tied our retained earnings from 2018 to 2019 (they didn’t do it in Jan 2019 like they were supposed to, and after multiple requests never actually did it by Q1 2020)-Never booked expenses paid with owner equity for construction project resulting in both - owner equity contribution of tens of thousands of dollars and environmental/construction expenses being never entered (as a result, costing business owner thousands increased tax liability)-Improperly classified many expenses as “owner’s distribution” (S corp tax, company credit card fees, etc.)-Improperly entered intercompany transactions (entering in one company, but never entering the second transaction to balance – resulting in significant detective work from our CPA)-Agreement to send financials by 10th of the month for bank reporting and repeatedly missed the deadline requiring follow up from our team to ask where they are because they do not communicateI could go on, but you get the idea. And that’s just the misconduct side of things. They also repeatedly billed for hours they didn’t work (sometimes 2 to 3 times actual work). We use QuickBooks which has an audit history (logs every time someone logs in and every single thing they do in QBO). I wish I could say it must have been one bad apple, but their revolving door of staff turnover meant that we had 6+ different people in our books in 2 years (Michelle, Desirae, Kristin, Ashton, Jennifer, Becky) and these mistakes were made by several of them – and then reviewed and reconciled by Michelle, Kristin, and Jennifer mainly.My biggest regret is not taking a closer look sooner and I strongly encourage anyone using them to fine tooth comb your books - I know I'm not alone in my experience as I have heard from several others the same.Bottom line - avoid All In One at all costs.

We have been working with All in One Accounting for several years and have been so happy with everyone we've worked with there! When we brought them on, we had just transitioned softwares and our general ledger was a bit of a mess. They waded through the mess like the pros that they are and I am now confident in the systems we have in place and the processes each month which give us great financial data to review. I felt like I was driving with my eyes closed before, merely guessing at what the numbers were while I waited months for financials to be compiled. Now I am able to have good information at my fingertips with enough time to adjust course as needed. Working with AIOA has helped our business grow and thrive.
