Waited for 3 months for new AE1 rollout signed up for “email” program and never got anything. Online went immediately to sold out I email / chat with customer support and BEST they can do is sign up for email program and check out similar products !!! Best they could do is NOTHING …. Boycott Adidas !!!

Employees #1,clearance sales and location, 1st store upon entrance to the mall. I just stop in on break sometimes and it only takes me 15inutes tops. That's with gandering and paying and back n forth to vehicle.

Bought a pair of shoes on Adidas website and they came stained and damaged right when I took them out of the box after numerous emails back-and-forth with Adidas customer service they have refused to offer me an opportunity to return or exchange the shoes that I spent over $200 on And that they sent damaged. Adidas and their customer service is absolute trash. I will never order from them again. Horrible.
