“I don't have anything personally bad to say about this place. I know a lot of people love this place! I'm not here to bash this place! I used to take my cat here. For whatever reason my cat could never fully relax. From what I can remember from 3 years ago, I could never really connect to the vets trying to take care of him. Nothing against the vets working at this place at that time. They were lovely and nice vets. They knew what they were talking about. However, they did try multiple times to relax my cat in appropriate ways. They were trying very hard to be patient. I really did like this place. There was a lot of positives about this place. Including the receptionist. She was very smiley and helpful. Also, it was easy to go in and ask for a refill of pills for my cat. She knew me and remembered me and my cat. It was nice! I haven't gone here in 3 years so that's why I'm speaking in past tense. I'm sure it's still as great as it was. Clearly by the comments it hasn't changed!Only con I can think of is, that the vaccinations are more expensive here than someplace else.”
“We have been taking our three cats and dog to Heartland Animal Hospital for years. The excellent, compassionate care Heartland's staff provides is much appreciated!”
“My rambunctious MinPin ran away yesterday and these lovely humans scanned her microchip and gave me a call. When I went to pick her up, not only was she snuggling with the people up front, they had given her a free mani/pedi (which she needed sorely!). How sweet is that?! Thank you for your above and beyond service for my wandering elderly doggie!”
“Absolutely amazing. Extremely friendly. We needed a refill of pain meds about 30 minutes before close on a Friday. I think it was Tara who helped me, she got refill ready before they left for the day and set me up to pick up the meds after hours because we couldn't make it there before close. Our Yorkie Eva will be forever grateful and so will we!!!”
