Delivery is unpredictable. Mailman skips mailboxes when he’s running late which is often, literally only delivering to every other mailbox. Does not deliver packages that take extra time when running late. I can see that the packages are out for delivery but the mailman drives by. I expected a dog food delivery one the weekend. The mailman didn’t deliver the package. I called the post office. They said “well he’s already passed your address. He’ll get it there next time.” He did eventually show up with it. I’m sure based on how many mailboxes he drives by, really d*** to drive by every other mailbox, I’m not the only one that’s experiencing continued problems.

They're really good with domestic mail but on more than one occasion they've routed my international mail incorrectly. With the box and customs form clearly labelled for one country and verbally telling them where it needs to go they process the package and hand me a receipt with a different country listed as the destination. I've had to resort to bringing my packages to a post office in the cities for correct routing of the package.

Laurie/Lori is so pleasant to work with- I'd rate her a 10!!! I wish the other lady (the one whose been with USPS forever) loosened up a bit and was more pleasant... it really detracts from the service, in fact I am a regular and I have thought about switching to a farther USPS just to not have to interact with her. As a business owner of the small town of Dundas, it is too bad to see service like that.
