I was singled out to have my purse held behind the counter. No other women had their bags held and no signage stating bags of a certain size are not allowed. I was upset and the employee stated that my anger was a sign I was guilty of something. I told her she made me feel like a criminal and was I not innocent until proven guilty?
Better training should be provided and notice of the store’s intent to hold bags should be provided

Racist and discriminatory location. Would not process a western Union transaction for a customer because they wore a head scarf. The cashier and assistant manager refused to assist the patron and made a discriminatory and racist remark.

The worst experience I have had at a pharmacy by a landslide. Firstly , I will start by saying the first time I used this pharmacy I was told there is no pharmacist on grounds until Tuesday ( it was a Friday ) . This time I got my prescription sent from Miller Dwan to walgreens. They didn't have the liquid form of the pills I need. I just had my tonsils removed. I called Miller Dwan and now they need to get a doctor's signature to send the prescription somewhere else. By the time I get my medicine I will have been without pain medication for 7 hours. Do not use walgreens pharmacy. It is an actual joke.

the cashier treated me like i wasn’t even in front of him. i went up to the checkout counter and a young man who was working on the afternoon shift checked me out. i said hello and he didn’t say a word to me. he was more interested in helping his coworker check out an item for herself. he mumbled something to his coworker and i thought he was asking me if i had rewards. i said “yeah i do!” and he scoffed at me and said “i wasn’t TALKING TO YOU, but i guess you can enter in your number.” i do the same thing as him for a living and i know customer service is challenging sometimes, so i was hesitant to post a review. awful customer service from this cashier, can’t even do the bare minimum of saying hello.

They have some great cashiers like Jen(I think that's her name?) and the dark haired older lady who's name I don't remember but there is an older woman with blonde hair that works in the photo area that seems overwhelmed or just plain doesn't know what she's doing there because she's always crabby and snappy and has no idea where to grab special photo orders from that were sent in.

Wanted to thank the pharmacist with the orange hair, I came in on ..monday? Tuesday? (Not sure) very sick and loopy ?? and the pharmacists here helped me more than my actual doctor.

I bought eye drops and they made my eyes worse. They wouldn't let me get my money back. It'd only been 4 days since I purchased them.

Not happy with Walgreens Pharmacy. Drove 30 min to pick up my medicine, my prescription was sent to them and in their system and they said yes we have it but sorry we don’t have enough time to grab it for you and they were still open. 5 people standing around talking while they were supposed to be working but they did “didn’t have time” to help me and get my medicine. Told them I had a long drive just to pick it up and they did not care- they told me to come back in the morning. Very disappointed in Walgreen’s pharmacy staff. Very selfish.

I went to purchase over the counter heartburn medication. When I looked online the price was $7.99. I went in the store and it was $14.99. I was told the owner of the store told staff that they do nit price match with online prices. I couldn't order online because I'm from Canada and was having phone issues.I find this very disgusting that they wouldn't price match with their online prices.
