You're better off going to the post office to get your passport photo taken, if they mess it up they get argumentative and defensive and won't accept that they did anything wrong. Also threw the photos at me across the counter, very hostile.

Worst Walgreens and worst service. CLOSEST to the 2 hospitals and the pharmacy hours went from 24 hours to 14 hours to now being 12 hours. Makes impossible to get your prescription if p

Waited in drive thru for 10 minutes before being knowledged!! When there was plenty workers...also medicine wasnt ready so had us wait in window spot for additional time for them to fill the order and hold up the druve thru ugh! Poor customer seevice in my book!!

This Walgreens usually only has one check out line open with only one cashier checking out several customers of waiting in long lines for long periods of times which gets very frustrating when people have places to be and only have so much time to waste standing in line especially when there are other Walgreens employees working that are not putting the customers first, and some doing nothing at all when the one and only line starts getting pretty long. Also the pharmacy is constantly out of stock for 2 of my medications and has to inconveniently order more for a different day. Also the pharmacy often says that They can only fill half of my prescription (which they consider to be a "partial" fill), forcing me to have to pay my copay for one medication twice, (which is double than I should have to pay.) And there are no compensations or reimbursements of any kind involved at all. Also when I attempted to pick up a specific medication the other day that I absolutely needed and was completely out of that they sent a text message saying was ready, I came all the way to the store for the pharm tech to tell me that they got it mixed up with someone else's medication and tried to give me something that I am not even prescribed and got it mixed up for the one that I actually needed that they told me it was ready through text message. This place is completely unprofessional and unfair to say the least.

My Mom was on the phone, on hold, for over TWO HOURS the other day at one of the Duluth MN locations. She wasn't even surprised, she said they're always short staffed like that. I switched all my prescriptions to Walgreens over the summer this last summer, and that first month the runaround started. I was waiting WEEKS for regular meds I've been taking forever. "There's a shortage" they kept telling me, well telling me absolutely zero real information about when my pills would actually be there, how long this would go on, etc etc. A couple months of that and I'm out. No thank you, Walgreens. My doctor gave me a great little piece of info:: go to a pharmacy that's in a hospital. They don't have med shortages like these mass pharma pill mill corporate greed executive places do. Hospital pharmacies have to have all the meds, all the time, because they have patients they're liable for rn. They're literally laying up in the hospital right now needing all the meds in the world, so those hospital pharms all have everything. Go through them. No two hour hold times to fill a script you might have to wait weeks for anyway. I'm so disgusted with Walgreens, just disgusted.

Went to fill Rx for wife for Tylenol with codeine from dentist. The dentist forgot to write instructions on the Rx so I, as a physician wrote them in and added my DEA number. Phaacist went off on a power trip and refused to fill even though legally I could write the whole Rx!!. Took it to Kenwood and it was filled without an issue. What a bunch of bs and what a waste of time. Pharmacist's actions were illegal.

Both the store itself and the pharmacy suck. They will randomly close two hours early. Workers almost always move at a snails pace. Not worth shopping here unless you're desperate.

I'm pretty sure there's pharmaciest on indeed or somewhere online I had wait hout and half get 2 prescriptions that my doctor had to send 3 times the guy didn't even know how to find it In the computer at first line out the door litterly longest wait I have ever had at a pharmacy at 40 yo man

There is a worker there.His name is Seth and he makes my life better every time I go there.Give that man a raise, please.I love him dearly. And he definitely deserves to raise with a charisma.He brings into the workspace.

Horrible customer service! Pharmacy is always backed up to one lane if it even open! Doesn’t seem like this place should stay open any longer! The night manager smells all the time and is rude and yells! The day guy with glasses is obnoxious and loud for no reason

One star is generous... I tried to order photos. It said they would be done at a certain time. When I went in to get them they hadn't even started my pictures. I asked her how long until they were done and she said she didn't know. She got snarky with me. I will NEVER again frequent this place! Horrible customer service, disgusting trash cans outside and unfriendly staff! Do NOT go here!!!
I called the store to find out her name. They told me Jess. I called the corporate number and made a report. Make sure if you have issues at this location to reach out. I mentioned all of the terrible reviews on Google and that they should look into the location.
