They have some great cashiers like Jen(I think that's her name?) and the dark haired older lady who's name I don't remember but there is an older woman with blonde hair that works in the photo area that seems overwhelmed or just plain doesn't know what she's doing there because she's always crabby and snappy and has no idea where to grab special photo orders from that were sent in.

Pharmacy consistently lies about dates that prescriptions will be filled. Also lies about dates of orders coming in. Will go days without filling empty scripts and gives excuses and says the next day every time and it won't be in at that time either. On the rare occasion that they have filled a prescription they make you wait 30 minutes minimum in line. Overall, the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with.

Wish there was a 0 stars. And I wish there was somewhere to make a true, honest complaint to the district manager which I'm told is Kim Hursch. Someone else needs to be managing the pharmacy department or district needs to get in there and give these guys some training and lessons on manners. The only place I ever dread going is this ONE Walgreens. And I HAVE TO. Unfortunately. There's Incompetence from the pharmacy staff. They talk down, degrade, purposely ignore, and they honestly just don't care about helping you. Talk about the wrong job. Ive had Nate (he likes to brag he's the manager) shut the door on my face in the drive through, I've been in yelling matches about how your open for another hr and my meds said they were filled three days ago. And he just shrugs his shoulders. I've had so many issuses with the two men that work there the names being Nate bearer and I think Dustin is the other one. They are SO MUCH BETTER THAN ANYONE ELSE. At least that's how they act and talk to customers and it's not just me! There's so much to say but I'll try to keep it brief. The manager is so worried about how their production rate looks that they are literally sending out emails saying meds are Ready days in a row, when they are not. Also how is it my fault when you run out of a medication and I have to suffer until one comes back in stock because it's non transferable being a controlled substance? Then not to mention that those couple days every month you guys decided to not prescribe me my medication even with a doctors note because I'm not there in person or who really knows why. If you guys must know he picks it up for me convenience wise because I work everyday until after you close now. Your no longer open till 10 or 11 so I can barely make 6 o clock. . But those days of saying no has added up and I'm screwed over by almost a week just from picking it up later than I was supposed to. Told the doctor wrote me a prescription to pick up early and they tell me no over the doctor! Stop sending me emails days in a row saying it's going to be returned, but yet still isn't ready. I'm sick of going nights, wondering if I'll end up in the ER that night, without my meds because you two boys decide you feel like saying no that day. I've even tried telling the poor girl that work there how much I needed this medicine and on time. I told her What happens to my body when I miss a dose let alone two days worth. How I will be prescribed it forever and have been since I've been a small child. Also told her how not having it could KILL ME. She actually took me somewhat serious saying "she would fill it because it was two days late, I called set up a time to pick it up and I guess morning staff didn't tell her to fill it? " WHAT! How is that my fault or problem? Well it was somehow and I never got the help. Instead the two boys wasted so much time, And they threw that poor girl under the bus. she was trying to help me when the manager got on the intercom to me and said "sorry your meds are not filled yet, you can pick it up tomorrow " and hung up the intercom. I kept trying to speak and then they just looked at me and both guys just got up grabbed their jackets, closed the blinds in the store and just left her there to finish "helping me". Which obviously she couldn't fill it without them. I never felt so degraded or embarrassed to be practically begging for my medication and be told no when I make all the right steps to insure they couldn't mess it up. Nate is just straight up rude, snarky, yells, has attitude, and the worst hangs up in you when he's done talking. I don't see how he has more power over my doctor. I've been coming here and to other Walgreens and CVS across the country my ENTIRE life. My entire life I've been medicatated for seizures, and more. I'm sick of being talked down on because I'm prescribed multiple medications. I don't care what you think abou

Pharmacy department may be "understaffed" per their staff, but it isn't ok to talk down to and/or refuse to listen to customers. The manager, Reba, and her staff, were short tempered, condescending, and unhelpful at resolving the customer's concern. They stated that they did not have the staff capacity to do so, which was reiterated by their pharmacist, Nate. Would not recommend because there is no excuse for poor customer service. Period.

Very slow. I have had countless issues getting prescriptions filled here, thought it was normal until I went to Essentia.
