I stopped in at 4:45 pm on a Sunday (maps says open til 6) to take a look at upgrading my 12 pro max to a 16 pro max and adding a watch and tablet. I was greeted immediately but that’s about all I got out of this visit. They had no phones or tablets out to look at. After wandering around the small store for a short period I asked the girl that worked there (who was helping someone with resetting their device or something not selling anything) if they had phones at their location. She said “yeah we put them away” (I’m guessing that’s what they do before they close), thinking she’d offer to do something I didn’t say anything back but neither did she, just dead silence in the store. Then after a little bit she asked if I was “looking to upgrade or something” and I said “yeah but I wanted to check the size difference” since apple changed it for the 16’s. Then she said “ohhhhh yeah ummmm hmmmm” and acted 🤔… and went silent again lol. After a few seconds knowing she should probably say something to avoid looking completely worthless she started talking about the google pixel’s size that was stuck to the wall (which wasn’t a real phone just a prop and completely irrelevant) but I just stopped her and told her I was going to take off. It was super clear from the start she was not interested in working or helping me at all which tbh I can understand but it just made me dislike Verizon more. She could have offered to do ANYTHING… like schedule an appointment, tell me where to go to see one or say “give me a few and I’ll try to help you out” and I would have been super happy with that regardless of the outcome but nope, it was just a giant waste of time. Granted she was helping someone and it was about an hour til close (we all know what that’s like) but really dude? I’ve been with Verizon for a long time and am not on a contract or agreement so I think I’ll just switch at this point. I work retail as well so it was the only time I could make it in but obviously I picked a bad time. Lesson to all the people out there, if you want to make more money at your job or just in general don’t do stuff like this… ever. Take care of customers even when you “don’t feel like it” or you’ll be stuck at $15 an hour and deservedly so. She seemed super nice though so there’s that.

My questions were answered. My problem was solved within two hours. My phone was repaired with no lost information. I will definitely be back if the need arises.

I traded in a new phone over 2 years ago with a promotion for a free phone. I have been charged every month for the "free" phone. I have spent hours on the phone with Verizon and at least 10 trips to the store and still no progress. I was told that they had some issues with sending out phones that got traded in and mine was probably still sitting in a box of phones never sent in for trade in credit. I was given the name of the manager and have left voicemails and texts with not one response. This is a $800 mistake that I am paying for!

Having dealt with "the phone company" many times in my life, only to be met with poorly trained, unhelpful individuals, I was glad to have finally met Cory. He actually listened, responded and solved our problem.

This location has very friendly staff. After a horrible experience at the corporate location I headed to this store. I explained the lack of service I had at the corporate location. She listened and empathized and even later talked to manager about my complaint as a more formal complaint. Then I explained my problem with my phone /account. She was patient and walked me through exactly what needed to be done to resolve the problem. Although it wasn’t something that could be resolved there, I at least left feeling like I knew my next steps to solve the problem. I didn’t catch the name of the employee (pink hair) but she was patient, and caring and very helpful!

Genuinely the worst customer service I’ve experienced. The two employees were incredibly unknowledgeable. They gave me zero help as they had no idea what they were talking about nor did they care to look into it. I asked questions and was met with literal blank stares. Sent me in the completely wrong direction when they tried to give advice. Ended up calling the Verizon Tech Pro Support who were able to help me so easily and quickly. All I needed was a device replacement with the insurance and warranty that I have. Will not be wasting my time at this store again.
