My questions were answered. My problem was solved within two hours. My phone was repaired with no lost information. I will definitely be back if the need arises.

The four stars are for Cory, not the company. Having dealt with "the phone company" many times in my life, only to be met with poorly trained, unhelpful individuals, I was glad to have finally met Cory. He actually listened, responded and solved our problem.
