Kept calling literally only once a day to find out when my money would be unlocked so I can pay rent/bills. The staff here were acting like annoyed highschoolers and on the 3rd call were so rude to me I sat on the line for almost 3 minutes with them saying nothing but hearing background noise. my banker wouldn't even come to the phone after that time period cause she "didnt have time to deal with this again today" The person on the phone got extremely rude with me so I just called corporate us bank. Corporate was able to see within 5 minutes the exact date and time that my lock was set to expire releasing my funds... If you have any complications with banking, calling this branch is literally useless. Save your time, energy, and sanity, just call corporate us bank.

Codi was fabulous to work with and really listened and offered best options for my banking, she was personable and professional, really look forward to working with her. What a great team, I've always been treated well here and have been a customer for several years.

I made the mistake of going into this location today, never again. I was treated so poorly that I had to ask the teller if she preferred it if I went to another bank and she agreed. Poorest customer service I’ve ever received from US Bank.

I have worked with this bank branch have had nothing excellent service. The people are very friendly and efficient. With COVID everyone was struggling and through all of that this branch was nothing but courteous, efficient and helpful. I have gotten to know some of the clerks and I can especially comment on Wendy's service and how she was always on top of things and at the same time extremely friendly. Thank you

Bring a sleeping bag, some snacks and caffeine, almost fell asleep waiting at the drive up…my god. Wish I would of read the reviews before I waited two days to make a deposit.

Had to wait nearly an hour just to make a simple deposit. It's like this every single time. Find a way to make this more efficient or close this branch

I have been with U.S. Bank for a long time( about 10 years now) and today I had a terrible experience at this location.I wrote a check to someone and the bank decided to call to verify the transaction when the person I wrote the check to tried to cash it. I answered the 2nd time they called and verified yes the transaction was legitimate. The lady on the phone said that she was going to decline the transaction anyway.I went through the drive through, which took 30 minutes, and when I got there I was treated as if I were a criminal. I was interrogated about why my hand writing varies so much (some days I’m writing a check to my grand parents and I want my handwriting to look nice, some days I’m writing a check to an old land lord and I scribble the check out etc.) I tell them(two elderly lady tellers) this and they say they have a lot of conflicting information. I ask what is conflicting, and they say my address on file doesn’t match my drivers license address and that having my drivers license isn’t good enough to make a withdrawal (I have to withdraw my money to pay the person I originally wrote the check to) and that they need a credit card as well. I gave them my credit card, social security card and credit card. Then I see them looking me up on the internet and going to my business’s website . Finally after all the tellers there convene the lady says I’ll let you make the withdrawal but you need to schedule an appointment to get your information straight. Then she said we did all of this for your own good.I understand wanting matching hand writing. However I felt the workers were condescending and should try to have some basic customer service skills. I was on great friendly terms with those that worked at the Lincoln park location(back when it was open), they all new me by name and we’d chat and catch up with each other. It was often a highlight of my day when I went there. My experience at this location today was the opposite.

This bank was so rude when we were looking to open an account for our son. Said they were so strapped for bankers, had to book online and would be weeks away -- basically saying take your business to another bank! What happened to customer service?

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Maybe do something so you don’t endlessly get bad reviews. Saying sorry but changing nothing means your not sorry.

Only has drive-thru open. Literally took me over 45 minutes to make a deposit. They close the bank early even though Google states they should be open. Management take note - this is why you will lose customers. You have one person handling all of your lunch time traffic without a lobby open.

Do NOT use the drive thru, you'll be here for 45 minutes like me. So many complaints and they don't care to fix or change anything. If somebody is coming through with something that is going to take more than 5 minutes tell them to come inside. Every time we come here it's an obnoxiously long wait.

I have never banked somewhere with slower service. I actually avoid the bank at all costs and regret every time I choose to stop here. The drive through line takes over 30 mins with only 2 other cars in line, hard to believe considering they are only working drive through.
