Kat was very helpful and reassuring when I called in today. She walked me through the process to address an issue I was experiencing. 10/10 appreciate her great service . People like her are why I enjoy banking with US over others.

We were told by dmv to go in and get a statement and proof of address at our bank. But the lady Refused to give us a proof of address and statement when asked. She said it won’t work for use at the DMV. I asked if she would just print it for us to try. She still refused. She confirmed that she could print it, but wouldn’t. So we had to go to another branch to get it. And guess what, she was wrong and it was accepted. I hope that lady gets fired. The lady in the corner in the back on the right by the door.

Horrible experience, wouldn't accept my passport as a form of ID even after verifying my identity through my phone, took 30+ mins of frustration and back and forth to issue me a replacement card after I lost mine on vacation.Mentioned things like my passport is in another language ( it also has English) and is accepted in any airport. All around just lack of experience, frustrating and it honestly just felt like they were discriminating based on my looks, race and bank balance. Alongside what they think are "valid" reasons. Also they weren't really friendly has me waiting for a couple of minutes then no greetings.

I have been in line for twenty minutes on a Tuesday, late morning. When I get to the front of the line I see four tellers inside. It looks like only one is doing anything. One is doing the drive through. There is one other one on the phone, with a third standing there listening to her.

The last 2 tellers that helped me were not friendly. The first had no communication whatsoever, no greeting, no thank you, nothing. The last time I had to go there, the lady gave me my stuff back and then I waited to speak with her, while they were laughing inside because she wouldn't come back to speak with me. She finally did after staying back there for about 5 minutes while the line backed up. Also, I always have at least a 20-50 minute wait.

Use be very quick banking! Now it’s slowest banking since whole Covid 19! Definitely not happy having to go thru drive thru! Credit Union have open their lobbies! Us bank open your lobby again! Please open the lobby!!

I called to get an appointment with a banker. The voice said to press 3 to talk to someone at this branch. I pressed 3 and got nothing. I waited in limbo for about 5 minutes and then the call ended. So, how does one get an appointment at this branch?

I recently had a wonderful experience completing a refinance on my home with Amanda Campeau at this US Bank location. We were able to accomplish everything virtually and she was very helpful and checked in throughout the process to make sure all of our questions were answered.

The staff is friendly. I use this bank commercially. The commercial drive through does not seem to take priority over the other lines like most banks. I feel bad for the employees, they constantly seem short staffed.

I use this bank commercially and have never waited less than 10 minutes (and more most of the time) to do banking. Hire more people.....this is ridiculous.

I don't bank with US Bank personally, but use it commercially. Most of the time I don't have any problems, but when I do it is because I have been shorted change and have to go back to get it fixed. They are not very speedy, and I get that you want them taking their time to make sure everything is accurate, but when they are slow and also inaccurate it becomes a big problem. They now have a new teller, Susan, whom I have never dealt with before, and she was rude & condescending to me when I was trying to drop some deposits and get some change. If I wasn't required to use this bank for work I would definitely be going somewhere else.
