Our experiences with the US Bank have been positive. The tellers are friendly and helpful. I've only had one incident where the male teller made an error and didn't process my ck accurately. There's always a helpful person -clerk in the service area.

Jamie and Michelle are the greatest. Fabulous personal service, especially considering US Bank is a massive banking system.

US Bank is the opposite of a friendly local bank. I understand needing policies, but theyexceed other banks on forms, policies, holdand check cashing procedures. Not user friendly, out of step with other banks

Do not open a checking account with this bank, if you write a check and give it someone they will be charge a $7.00 handling fee if they cash it at US Bank if you don't have a account with US Bank. That's bad banking business.

I have always received excellent service at this branch. Just pulled through for a cashier's check on a time crunch...7 min later I'm on my way. Highly recommend.

The woman there had horrific customer service.Huge miscommunication on the tellers end, did not apologize, or show any remorse for their mix up.

Once again, poor customer service at this branch of US Bank. Went to make a deposit, did not have a deposit slip but wrote on a piece of paper check amount and cash amount (over $1500). Gave her my DL and Debit card (no clue what my acct #s are because I don’t carry a checkbook - like most people). Teller slides the deposit slip to me to fill out (which I totally could have filled out). Slid it back to her and said, “you can fill it out so much faster.” Teller slides it back to me and says, “you can fill out your own deposit slip.” Slid it back to her and said, “I asked you to do it.” Teller takes it, walks away, goes to different station, comes back, slaps my deposit verification slip, Debit card and DL on the window station and walks away. No thank you. No would you like a balance. No have a nice day, nothing, just slaps it on the counter and walks away. I asked her for a balance and she stated she already completed the transaction. I asked her why she did not ask me if I wanted a balance. She said she was sorry. No mention of “let me get that for you” or anything like that. This is the second time I have run into this at this branch. I called and complained the first time. Taking it to the masses this time. This is why your customer service jobs are going to go away, because the customer service is so poor, dealing with a machine would suffice just as well. If you are in a customer service position, then you should cater to your customer. I absolutely cannot stand going to this branch, but it’s on the way home and is convenient.

There is a woman who works there and is always rude and unpleasant. If you are working as a bank teller you must have manners and at least appear to be happy at your job. She is getting payed to be there, the least she can do is be kind to her customers. Pathetic.
