This is my 2nd time coming here with important shipments and I've left with a smile both times.
Tessa, Zen, and Binod should all be commended for their customer service and dedication. All 3 were professional, personable, and just good people to work with. Very good at multitasking in a busy environment.
I called on the way and Tessa picked up. I was a bit anxious about shipping an expensive musical instrument and wanted to make sure this store was capable. I could instantly tell she was going to make sure I was taken care of. When I arrived, she could tell I was the one who called and she was able to get me started within seconds of walking in. Genuinely cool person :)
Zen really impressed me too- highly intelligent with a great work ethic.
Binod was also warm and friendly. He seemed quite experienced and was able to confidently answer any tricky questions that came his way.

We’ve done Amazon returns a few times here! Service was always prompt and VERY friendly, EVERY time! Never made to feel like an inconvenience or slowing things down for the staff.
I say “was” because this last visit I used the fairly new self-return kiosks! This is about the slickest set up you can think of! The staff set out the appropriate sized bags and had tape ready, the instructions were made very simple and the process was a snap! Whether we use the kiosk or the staff at the desk, it’s worth it to us to drive up here from Superior!

The male who answered the phone on 04/30/24 at 5:30pm had very poor over the phone customer service and a condescending verbal attitude.
Sometimes my items get rerouted to this location/held; without me having a "box" that I pay for. I called to cover all bases (due to UPS tracking being a bit weird on my app), I wanted to make sure I did not have a package that was accidentally auto re-routed to this location before getting in my car and wasting gas. Just to be mocked about their services they offer and told "this is not a drop off location for customers." Before hanging up abruptly. I'm at this location 3-4 times a week shipping packages and picking packages up. So this condescending and unprofessional behavior over the phone was shocking and showed further need on training when it comes to interacting with the public when one is working at their job.

Update your hours on the web. I drove over 60 miles to drop off a QR coded package on Sunday and the sign on the door said "closed on Sundays", the the open. What a colossal disservice.

The UPS Store came through big for us when we needed a last-minute replacement order of marketing postcards for the Senior GO Show in Duluth. We submitted an order after 5-pm on a Monday, and had postcards in-hand first thing the next morning as the store was opened (with a smile). Excellent quality, perfect timing, and friendly, helpful customer service. We will definitely use printing services here again. Thank you Jay!
