The guys at this shop are the absolute best!! I got T-boned which resulted in my doors becoming misaligned with a pretty gnarly dent. I thought I was gonna have to spend way too much $$$ on a couple of new doors, but these guys said they could realign my doors and pop out the dent. They saved me money and no more leak when it rains!!??Quick and efficient and soo kind :) Highly recommend!!!!!

Dropped my car off. They had a rental car ready for me. Clean car. The front desk was very nice and polite. Love that they are local and support local businesses and colleges.

My car got T-boned, and Twin Ports Collision Repair did a fabulous job on it. They fixed it faster than I thought it'd take, and the guy who checked me in was really nice and personable. He even remembered my name when I came to pick up my car and was kind to my hyperactive dog.

These guys are amazing. They do very extremely high quality work and worked with my insurance company perfectly. It was such a pleasure to do business with them, I even brought by a couple other cars I own that needed some additional attention!! Every time, talking with either Eric or Steve- I'm treated with respect, outstanding communication, and absoule perfect customer service. Definitely the best body shop in Duluth! Don't bother with anyone else, seriously. Get on the schedule with those guys!! You'll be glad you did.

Stellar customer service. My daughter hit deer, I live out of town, and Twin Ports took in the car, had a courtesy car for her to use. Even after determined the car was a loss, let my daughter use courtesy car for a few days, until we could get replacement. Highly recommend.

10/10 recommend the guys at twin ports collision and repair. I got rear ended November 30th and they got me in January 31st- gave me a nice courtesy car jeep and it was such a smooth transition. They did everything through insurance and it was seamless for me.
