I bought my husband a patagonia coat online and the size was to big. Sometimes ordering online isn't the way to go. We didn't get the same color because they didn't have any but they had the size. The staff were all so friendly.

Awesome store inside Fitgers. Very helpful staff and quality products! Definitely a place to remember when I'm in town and looking for gear.

We went in for a double sleeping pad, they didn’t have any in stock at the time but the staff were incredibly helpful and recommended other local stores.

Some of the most high quality brands of hiking/camping gear. Tons of selection for both male/female and staff are always super friendly! One of my favorite spots to check out in Fitger's. Only reason for 4/5 stars is pricing are be pretty high at times and the clearance selection can be pretty minimal/disappointing. However, if you do not like buying camping/hiking gear online and don't mind paying full price this is probably the best place in town for gear!

Kudos to human kindness. Recently purchased an item at trail fitters (an insect shield head net) that fell out of its package when I walked back to my car. Went and retraced step to no avail. Shared my experience w staff at trailfitters and they replaced my item for no charge. What great customer service and human kindness!

kind of spendy on some items but others very reasonable. Its worth a gander if strolling around in fitgers, It is not in the best location for their target audience. If it were me I would move locations and make the store more unique. It would help the owners profit margins and probable have more of the "destination" feel than the "I'm just looking" type of people come through.

Love this place! They have an incredible selection of outdoor gear. I just purchased a really nice Patagonia down jacket and vest. The staff where extremely helpful and helped me select the items I wanted. They were helpful but never pressured me to buy anything. Also, if you join their rewards club you won't regret it! If you spend $500, they give you $50 in store credit! That's 10% cash back, which I think is really generous!
