Just stopped in to get some info on rain gear, and had one of the best retail experiences I have ever had.Jamie, Megan, and Raj are the most personable and knowledgeable retail staff I've ever met. Beyond helpful, patient, and thorough. 12/10

I bought my husband a patagonia coat online and the size was to big. Sometimes ordering online isn't the way to go. We didn't get the same color because they didn't have any but they had the size. The staff were all so friendly.

Awesome store inside Fitgers. Very helpful staff and quality products! Definitely a place to remember when I'm in town and looking for gear.
