Every year my grandma, my mom, and I go to the loft in Duluth. It's something we look forward to so much that it is our first stop once we get to Duluth. Everytime we go to the loft we have such a good time and the staff is so nice and accommodating except for this summer. The sales associate, Anne was very rude and condescending. There was no "hi, how are you?" when we walked into the store. She acted like we were wasting her time and she wanted us out of there. Mostly, how she talked down to us was what left us a lasting impression. Do not treat customers like they are beneath you. Unfortunately, you have lost 3 of your best customers. We will not be coming back.

Was thrifting with my son in Duluth, came across the Loft. Spent over an hour and bought several items. We spent at least the first 15 min just inside the door. Was wonderful and staff were great and helpful.

NOT ACTUALLY OPEN UNTIL 4PM on Saturdays. Over half of the store is closed early and that is not listed on their hours. Employee was rude and told me "close the door, that is why it's closed!" when I went down the stairs, when I confused it for a spring hinge door. Won't go out of my way to come here again.

Quite impressive inventory! Higher end brands, even found some Johnny Was. Some prices are a bit high of course, it's a consignment shop. Upstairs is full of $3 $5 and 50% off items so that was nice! Employees were also friendly! I would shop again. :)

My new favorite place to shop.Prices are reasonable. 2 floors of stuff to pick from. Staff is super friendly but not pushy at all. Don't forget to bring a bag or two. ?You won't be sorry shopping at "The Loft".** It's more fun than the Mall! ?
