I love shopping here but am disappointed with the women's clothing. It needs to be separated by Jrs, Misses, and Plus sizes with signage so it is easily found by customers. I walked through the area twice and left frustrated because I couldn't find my sizes.

The blonde woman at customer service is driving away business by being rude. I can’t believe they would hire someone like her for customer relations. Yikes.

Web services suck. They keep sending me card and then ask me to verify them when they are inactive and I cannot remove them. I cannot use the app to make purchases because of this and its always causing me to hold up the line. Card services are terrible on the app.

If I could give the Department manager Clinton a 0 star review, I would. Saw in an advertisement that they were giving away a promotional item with the purchase of a video game. Went into the store to purchase it and they said they didn’t get the promotional item in. I left my name and number with them so as soon as it came in, I could go get it. Long story short I called back the next day and asked again. We had a snow storm for 3 days that everything was closed and backed up so, a week later I called again and asked if they got it and he said yes and they don’t have any left. He said they don’t hold anything for anyone. One should have been mine because I already purchased the game.
That’s false advertising and I will never shop there again. He was so rude and very unprofessional. Very bad management if you ask me.

It has been a while since I shopped at this Target store. I ordered a CD and chose to have the item pulled, which was a HUGE mistake as I had to wait nearly 15 minutes for the single employee to finish pulling other folks orders and then bring it to the front of the store, even though I was informed my email my order had been pulled hours earlier in the day. To top it off, Target charged me 50 cents for a single plastic bag instead of the normal 5 cent fee and did NOT provide me with an opportunity to bring my own bag. I am DONE shopping at this store! I hate Walmart, but at least they don't slip in 50 cent fees for a single, plastic bag!

This was my first time visiting Target since moving here. Today there was an elderly lady having pin issues with her card. Wendy the cashier treated her with the utmost care and respect. It is nearing Christmas and the checkout lines are busy and people are extra rude in today's society. Wendy tried to do everything she could to help troubleshoot the woman's issue. After some time she put her cart on hold and had her call the card company and even offered to assist her with the call if needed. Wendy then proceeded to thank the rest of us forour patience. Wendy is the text book version of excellent customer service, I am sure this is how she works everyday and she should be recognized as her attitude and level of care for the customer is rarely seen this day and age. Thank you Wendy. If she hasn't got a Christmas bonus yet now would be the time to gove her one. Faith in humanity restored.
