Very disappointed in Taco Bell, specifically asked for no sour cream 3 times and there was still sour cream on my burrito, I feel like a Karen but this just seems like if someone has an allergy and asks not to have something they will disregard you. Its fast food so I already don’t hold it in high regard but you’d think as an allergen it would be noteworthy.

Just got a delivery order and they didn’t give me my soda and the nachos are stale and soggy. And my cheesy gordita crunch had cheese that had dried out and the crunchy part was soggy. It is very clear that they made the food many hours ago and then just grabbed it for this order. And they did not include the sauce packets we asked for. Very disappointing.

there were 3 loud boys in drive through. Guy at window. Gave me food. I said crunch wrap. He gave no crunch wrap. I say hmmmm? Where could my crunch wrap be? I said sir, I had a crunchwrap is my order. He said Oh yeah here it is. Magically pulling it outta thin air. VERY COOL! But I think he was being a bully and was going to eat it himself!!!! Just stopped for lunch. Never again! I was told only one sauce packet per item according to the “management policy” which is ridiculous. Clearly that management team does not eat Taco Bell enough to know it’s more like a sauce packet per bite meal. Let me buy bundles of sauce packets if needed but limiting one packet per item is absurd.

The food here is good and the location is convenient. However, make sure you have cash on hand, as their card readers are often out of service. Been caught off guard in the drive-thru multiple times by this, and once had to leave because I had no paper cash on me.

Went through the drive thru about 30 minutes ago and had just about the worst experience of my life. We drove up and were not sure what we wanted to order so I asked the person working the window for a couple minutes to figure out what we wanted. He told me to let him know when we were ready. We probably took about 3 minutes to figure out what we wanted and in those 3 minutes he asked about 3 times if we were ready to order. Keep in mind that there was not a car behind us and there was no reason for us to be rushing to get our order in. During the order I asked for no beans on an item and it did not show up on the screen that he took beans off of the item so I asked again about it and he cut me off saying that beans don't come on that item. I then rolled up to the window to get our food and it took probably another 6 minutes for them to get 2 burritos and a crunch wrap supreme. After we got handed our drinks I asked for some mild sauce and got the window shut in my face. We got our food and I asked again for mild sauce and he basically threw a handful of it to me while dropping packets outside the window at the same time.Very, very disappointed with this location. Don't waste your time with this place and go to the McDonalds next door.

Hey folks I love the food here I think the prices are fair , but I wish the on line app worked better we went on line thinking we would save $5.00 but in that process it took over 45 minutes to just order well 1st off we ordered from a store 20 miles away and couldn't transfer the order had to cancel 3 days ago I am still waiting for money to be put on my card BUT we never were able to get food the app kept saying SOMETHING WENT WRONG ! we tried 3 times anyway forget the app just order in the drive though and let them do there work ! To save $5 BUCKS on a $77.00 order its not worth it ! Thanks for stopping !

It differs each time I go, but more than half the time the order is incorrect. Then I have the older lady telling me I need to move up while I'm checking my order. It was a bit rude.

Just ordered here last night and woke up with the worst case of food sickness ever. Only place I ate at so it had to be here. PLUS the iced coffee machine is ALWAYS down or broken or some other pathetic excuse. Worst taco bell location in Duluth BY FAR. Only upside is the people at the window have been nice. Won't be back. Save your money and go somewhere else.
