Very friendly people working here...very busy...also was training a new person it seemed like and was very helpful with teaching them the way...I was there only for maybe 15 minutes tops

I believe it was Nathan who helped us. Started off good, then we received the wrong information and his co-worker suggested he check in with his boss so we waited while he called her. Still received the wrong information after that, but he made another call to confirm and finally told us the correct information. We stated we would go to AT&T as they have a better deal unless they could offer something similar. They understood, but on our way out of the store we were told that AT&T is full of “backstabbing cretins” and they would welcome us to come back if we don’t care for them… in fact, he told us we would be back in 6 months. Completely unprofessional comments.

Excellent Service! I was trying to switch my phone from a Sprint business to my own account. It was a long an complicated process and I was consistently given misinformation when I called the 611 TMobile line. Victoria and the rest of the staff walked me through it all and were very patient. I finally switched my account, got a new phone AND a smartwatch. I'm very happy with all of it.

I have to go online to get a Booster, not sure why this is something I can't get or have ordered in the Store after waiting 2 hours each time I visit. I have had luck about every other time I visit with staff who are understanding, and helpful.

Very friendly and knowledgeable customer service!! We went in for two new lines, and said we wanted iPhone 13 pro max phones, and didn’t realize we were getting iPhone 13s, I wish I would’ve double checked before activating and leaving just to get home to set up our phones and they’re not what we expected? he must’ve misunderstood.. they’re so much smaller then what we’re used too, hoping I can upgrade in the near future at least cause I’m sure nothing can be done now…

Started out ok; until I expected the store to honor any of their word. They told me I had options sold me a junky phone; told me that's all they had, and that they would swap it out when they had more stock. They never had any intention on honoring that. They acted like they had never seen me before, and offered no help. I found out later they franchise out their stores, and doesn't care if their stores lie or cheat you as long as their paperwork is signed. Not good business at all; worse than any other cell company I've used. Long wait times on service. Coverage and bars in my hometown have reduced dramatically in the last month with no sign of any improvement or care.
