Was lied to about getting a free watch. It would have tied me to a 2 year service contact AND cost $20 a month for service. When I went to return it and cancel, I was charged a restocking fee. It was unopened and supposed to be free.Don't shop here. They will scam you.

T-Mobile at Miller Hill Mall solved our months long problem of being billed for a home internet service that we no longer had. Small kiosks for T-Mobile would not allow us to return our product, and T-Mobile Corporate would not talk to us without our "PIN," which we no longer had as we had stopped service. And yet...the monthly bill of $50. Until coming to this store, I was in a "Catch-22" of no help and unfair billing. I know it was never personal, but it felt like a company that after 17 years of our being customers (only stopped because of a signal issue up the Gunflint Trail, and our switching carriers) we would never receive help. We loved T-Mobile International Plans and the good service while in Central MN.I need to compliment and share that store mobile expert, Leila S assisted us in a way that was above and beyond. She could have simply given me the numbers to call, thanked me for coming in. Instead, she placed the call with T-Mobile on HER Smartphone, waited until they picked up, which took two tries and 15 minutes of time, all while "managing" other customers behind me to keep them patient until she solved this for me. T-Mobile finally picked up, and she resolved our situation for us. First person at T-Mobile "able or willing" to walk the final mile with us.I know that this can seem small, but in a corporate and small business climate of quick and fast, and let us help you on our terms, Leila S went the distance for us. Truly can't thank her enough, or T-Mobile Miller Hill Mall for assisting us with kindness, compassion, and professionalism.Top Shelf! Thank-you, Leila!Scott S

My mother has been with t-mobile for 25 years since this is a fact we we're deceived inside the miller hill mall Herman town MN store manager that the new phone I received recently from the store would be free and the bill would be the same as her current phone line plus a small fee... sincerely disappointed she's on disability and tight income as am I in the future I will not continue this service if they cannot remedy the situation Keenan McGovern retail store manager Duluth MN 55811 ? $230 for two lines is and insult

I tried to ask him about their home network and they don't understand anything I was saying they don't even know how fast their home network is they didn't even tell me if it had a custom DHCP change DNS settings or what is the maximum transmission units or if they even supports UPnP universal plug-and-play is enabled on or off by default

Worst customer service ever. We tried a 14 day trial to check out their internet. We were told that we could return the modem to the store if we didn’t want it. We didn’t like the internet service. We tried to return the modem at day 7. When we brought it in they said we couldn’t return it to the store but had to pay for shipping to send it back. We paid for the shipping and had it sent it back to them. This was August. In Oct. we got a letter saying they received the modem. In Dec. they sent us a bill for not returning the modem. We called and said we returned it. They said they would take care of it. They have since billed us every single month since Dec. every month we call and they say they will take care of it. This month we got a letter saying that they are going to take us to a collection agency. We are now on the phone again on hold for the last 30min. Waiting to speak to someone. We will never go back to this business.

This review is out of no reflection of the sales person.I've ordered devices from T-Mobile since summer.Both devices were wrong.I've been trying to get a little better boost for my internet and they sent me two incorrect devices.I live an hour and a half away.I explained to this. I called several times.Long story short ended up being charged for one device and I cannot get my money back.I was told I had to drive to the store to return these devices and possibly get my money back for one and get my money back for the other. This was incorrect information. I did not get my money back for the other one and I did not need to drive to the store.The reason for the three stars is this and this alone. Not for the sales person at the store.Not for the service on T-Mobile.It is not their fault but I live in the middle of nowhere and don't have a good tower.I'm not quite sure what happened to T-Mobile. It was a good service when I started but has gotten terrible since 5g. I'm hoping for better service soon.

Just stopped in to quickly ask if they carried mint mobile which is a T-Mobile product and the man with the beard very aggressively and angrily said no we carry T-Mobile and it's better than mint and then he implied that mint doesn't get anywhere near as good a service as T-Mobile does even though they're the same carrier. The guys a total troll. Definitely recommend going somewhere else!

Very helpful staff! I spent 40 minutes with an 'expert' on the website - but she spent the 40 minutes doing the same that I had already tried and came to the same result: That I couldn't pay with my international credit card. Why? Because not every country has five digits in their zip code. In this shop, no problem. Five minutes and it was done. Thank you!
