Superior Fuel Company has provided my family with excellent, professional service. They are always on top of monitoring my tank. When I call, I get a “live” person and they are always patient, professional and helpful. Every time I speak to a representative, I’m impressed at how friendly and helpful they are. Good job.

Tristan was wonderful, very friendly and communicated everything he was doing/had done. He went above and beyond with one of my thermostats, fixing it so it wouldn't fall off the wall. This kind of personable service assures me that I am taken care of and I will be taken care of in the future when there is a need. I want to trust my propane supplier and he builds trust for the business.

Just finished having my furnace yearly checked for the first time by Tristen Vazquez. I was surprised to find someone so young to be so knowledgeable about oil furnaces. He checked everything possible on my unit, replaced needed parts efficiently and was very personable while doing it. The price was high but worth it because it was so complete.

After moving into a 60 year old house this year, I feel much safer knowing that Superior Oil Technician, Tristen Vazquez, was able to come out and give our boiler furnace system a 20-point inspection. This company is not family oriented and cruel to Disabled Veterans. Ryan is a daft money munger, that turned off our gas in these cold times due to his arguments with our landlord. We are victims of his anger, and have seven days until we get paid and can personally go with another company. I personally suggest family and veterans to seek other companies.

Tristen Vazquez came out this morning and cleaned my furnace. He was running early and messaged if it I was available and I was so he came early. He explained things as he worked and he cleaned up the area when he was done. He did a wonderful job. I now feel safe for the upcoming heating season.Thank you!

Bunch of crooks that make up fees and charge your credit card without showing anything in writing. Had to call numerous times before anyone would answer phone and then they were short and would explain anything. I also filed a complaint with Mn attorney general

Our tank was venting an unusual amount of propane. It was Friday night at 5:00 PM. We called Superior Fuel and Lars, the service technician, arrived within 30 minutes. He resolved our problem, checked the propane line and regulator to house, and did a great job! Lars was extremely professional and told us why the tank was venting so much. Super service by a superior person and company!

From first inquiry to setting new tank, Superior Fuel employees were friendly and professional. The technician Wayne, who set tank, was efficient and knowledgeable. I was particularly please at the thoughtful way he assessed what needed to be done and addressed any concerns I had.
