Super One has a caring staff that offers employment to mentally disabled persons as well as ELL people. For selection is good. Store is clean. Staff is helpful in finding items quickly. Also a great discount area of marked down soon to expire dry goods.

Selection is decent but aisle are painfully narrow - two carts cannot pass each other in some areas and entrance smells like urine every single time I've been there.

the management here is one of the most terrible things i have witnessed i have been in multiple times and have seen one of the managers “tony” degrading employees in front of customers. i also saw jakala another manger i assume being very rude to more employees

The main issue I have with this place is the deli. Every time I order some ham or roast beef, the guy behind the counter shorts me. It's always the same guy too. Everyone else, gets the weight right on or a little over. But the one guy is always under weight. After the third time he was short on the scale, I told him to forget it and I walked away. If I ask for a pound of roast beef, then give me a pound. I'm gonna avoid the deli whenever that guy is behind the counter. Besides that, the deli is great and they offer a good variety.

This super one is the worst in duluth. I've twice had to wait in the parking lot for police to arrive to give a police report. the first time a customer stole a whole cart of groceries, jumped into a car and proceeded to hit a pedestrian in the parking lot. The second time a stolen vehicle hit another vehicle in the parking lot and they just got out and ran away... There are always homeless people begging aggressively in the parking lots here (one of which told me he makes 200+ a day begging here). I will not let my wife go to this grocery store alone it is not safe at all. My other complaint is that quality has continued to go down hill and prices have skyrocketed. Low quality meats. Grab and go items are literally inedible (I've had to throw fried chicken and a sandwich away). I often find expired produce as well. If you're interested in paying sky-high prices for low quality and bad selection in a dangerous environment this is the right grocery store for you!

I heard and noticed from other members of the community and myself that this staff needs to be and do better for their customers. I brought in produce that I didn’t realize was bad and a worker named zak wouldn’t help me nor do anything for me

ZAK THE NIGHT SHIFT MANAGER*When a respectful customer comes in with a rotten sealed product and just asked to switch the item, pls look at circumstances before attacking that person about a receipt and refusing to give further information. His top lip was shaking he got so angry. I have never been treated that disrespectful by a leader of a company!! Anger management and knowing the community and who spends top dollar may be training you need. This was simple and now it's about you and super one foods and the disdain you have for your community and for its community who deal with inflation and angry uncaring staff!! Customer service used to mean something, but now it's shut up and deal with it. I will be filing a formal complaint with all management and taking my business and that of the community members I can influence somewhere else! That Zak just cost you guys alot more Than money, but also the knock in an already dwindling reputation!
