Custom mitten ($50) logo was horrible. It smeared and there was black all over the front of the mittens. When I called and sent a picture they told me, I got them wet. Interesting, as they had never been out of the bag that they gave them to me in. I was told to clean them by using painters tape. I tried many times, and very little of the smeared black came off. I asked for a discount or refund for their store, and it has been silence. After three attempts, working with the manager/I believe owner, they are no longer on my list to purchase items.

Always a great experience - I usually get my skates sharpened there and they're done quickly and correctly every time. Today I also discovered that they do equipment repairs, and I'm over the moon! Brought in my son's goalie pads for a broken strap and let them know he had a game tonight, and they were able to fix the strap while I waited!Every time I've been in, I've had a great experience. Great advice on buying and fitting new gear, repairing existing gear, and friendly, helpful staff.They have a great selection of new gear, and some used, too. I can depend on Stewarts to keep me playing well and staying safe for hockey!

A couple of weeks ago I brought in a pair of bike wheels, one of which had gone flat while parked in the garage. I pulled the tube, found a hole in the inner surface - no puncture - so decided I'd get both tubes replaced. As I was walking down the ramp into the shop, Joe was holding the door open; he'd seen me unloading outside. I showed him what I needed, he advised against replacing the second, undamaged tube(!), installed the new one, from stock, and walked me upstairs to pay. Besides the very reasonable price of the tube, I was charged - wait for it - $5.00 for his labor. And he saved me from buying parts and service I did not need!This shop is an absolute jewel!Thanks, Joe!

We had our son’s baseball jersey customized for his 1st birthday party, and the quality of the embroidery work exceeded expectations! We came back a few weeks later to buy a bike helmet, and were once again greeted by friendly and helpful staff, and left with exactly what we needed!

Stopped in to have three oddly sized retirement gifts engraved. No one else would even look at them. Even though their equipment wasn’t specifically set up for these items Sandy was able to take care of me. She knocked it out of the park. Thanks Stewart’s and Sandy especially.J

Great experience! Me and my husband ran into some bike troubles on our cross country road trip. Someone greeted us at the road as we were about to unload our bikes. My husband asked lots of questions and the staff was kind and gave hip some advice on bike repair and maintenance. It was a wonderful experience and the service was phenomenal! Much nicer then a big corporation.

Amazing family owned shop. The team there will go out of its way to help you into the right gear and do anything they can to make sure you're happy with your purchase. With the price of equipment and bikes, Stewart's understands you have to find what's right for you and they'll do their best to make that happen. The owner did absolutely everything he could to get me in a pair of skates that worked for me, including pulling every resource he could and almost delaying his vacation just to find me the right pair. Great guy!

I got my ebikes brakes repaired in May. The bike brakes went out within a week. Was charged $ 70 for im assuming a brake tightening. Not happy
