Ive been trying to set up an appointment for like 2 weeks here but the receptionists keep messing up my appointment dates and times. I made the appointment for 2:00pm on Monday. I showed up and was told that my appointment was for 1:00pm. I was confused because I had only made the appointment 2 days prior and I had set a reminder for the day and time seconds after creating the appointment. Rescheduled for the day after, at 2pm showed up today and was told my appointment was for Wednesday the following week. I know for a fact that I did not confirm this day because my schedule is completely filled for Wednesday and wouldnt have been able to even schedule an appointment for that day. Today is my 3rd time rescheduling my appointment for 1:00pm Thursday next week which as of writing this review I received a phone call to moved to 2:00pm that same day. So if we dont get a appointment by then Id say your probably better driving 2 hours to Minneapolis to get an appointment there because at least they will get your appointment set up.Although they were nice and cheerful about it and friendly. I still need to get checked out so I can swap my meds.Once is a mistake and a little frustrating.Twice is just frustrating flat out.Three times is completely unprofessional.

I really like my primary at this location, they are very helpful and willing to do whatever it takes to get to the bottom of what’s wrong. I also have had a pleasant experience seeing a different provider at this clinic for an “urgent care” (this is not an urgent care) type of appointment. I was impressed they were able to get me seen so fast.

We really like our physician at this clinic, but the receptionists area usually not helpful. They have been rude on multiple occasions. Trying to get them to transfer you to a nurse is almost impossible. If you want help for any reason, don't bother calling.

God bless Dr. Christina Lindholm for accepting this medical hot mess as a patient and allowing me to escape the egocentric metropolis of Essentia. Always preferred St. Lukes but got sucked into Essentia when they bought out my general practioners clinic.I've had 3 surgeons from St. Lukes Pavillion and they were all exceptional, skilled and compassionate. I knew I had to get back home to St. Lukes after a painful colonoscopy at Essentia. First, my second opinion, Dr. Lucarelli took over mid diagnosis of cancer and I was grateful for that but knew I needed a St. Lukes associated general practioner for any future issues.I know I took up too much time my first appointment with Dr. Lindholm but she was understanding of all that was happening and my trying to get her caught up between the diabetes/silent killers and the colon cancer surgery. Now I just have to get my prescriptions set up with Dr. Lindholm as prescriber when they come up for refill. Dr. Lindholm had a good grasp of my many 'issues' at the initial appointment and I felt comfortable. Everyone has been welcoming...from reception, to the lab, the nurse ,and doctor. My husband is a patient at Mount Royal Clinic so it made sense for me to be there too. He has been happy there with another doctor for years

Not very first come first serve. Sat in urgent care for almost two hours watching others come in for urgent care after me and be swept into the rooms before me and others who’ve been waiting. (These are not clients with appointments) When another waiting client asked about the randomness of people entering, reception explained that’s how the doctors work… I left before being seen.

I like this clinic, the nurses and receptionists are nice and make me feel very comfortable when I come in! However, today I had an unfortunate experience at my appointment. I called this morning to try to get in quickly today for what I thought was a broken toe that I keep whacking on things— I’m going out of town next week where I will be doing lots of walking and was looking to try to solve the issue before then. I told the receptionist I was looking for a brace of some sort and she was able to get me in very quickly for that! When the doctor came in (I won’t say who because maybe he was just having an off day) I could tell almost immediately that he was maybe frustrated or annoyed. I was nursing my 8 month old son when he walked in so maybe that’s what put him off at first. He sent me to X-ray and my experience was great there. When I got back to the room, he came in and told me my toe wasn’t broken which surprised me so I asked him if he could tell me what could be causing the pain I’m having and he didn’t give me any useful information or suggest what it could be, even after looking at it in person as well. He did give me a prescription for a flat shoe even though it’s not broken, which I am grateful for as that’s what I wanted out of this appointment. But the overall interaction with the doctor had me feeling awkward. I felt almost stupid for coming in, like I was wasting his time because of some silly toe— I was embarrassed because of this so I tried to explain I wouldn’t have come in if I wasn’t heading out of town where I’d be doing a lot of walking and he essentially brushed off my comment and said goodbye. I felt like I was such a nuisance for coming in, and that really bummed me out. This will not deter me and my family from continuing to receive care here, but I am pretty disappointed with this specific interaction and I will not see this doctor again.

I recently had a new patient checkup with Dr. Rasmussen at the Mount Royal location and it couldn’t have been a better experience. As a retired health professional I admit that hold high expectations for providers and services. Dr. Rasmussen was very knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly a good listener. He addressed all concerns and questions I offered and provided sound and caring advice. The receptionists, nurses and lab personnel were also very competent and pleasant. It’s a relief to know I have a safe and reliable home for my healthcare. Keep up the good work and thank you!!John Heckert, DDS

If your a patient wanting to be seen by the only suboxone doctor at this medical clinic don't. I was told to go through st.lukes to continue suboxone care while pregnant. Never had a dirty opiate UA with st.lukes before being on the medication however I was late due to letting an elderly lady go first in line wich took 10 minutes Dr. Kufal decided to cut me off my medication cold turkey being 21 and trying to get better while the doctor that is supposed to "help" with this didn't he was followed by a student and never treated me like this before. Would not recommend.

The best! My wife and I both have our primary's here. Friendly and clean place with a good area for the kiddos. Not typically a long wait either. Even for urgent care. My first choice for clinics!

I would give less than a star if I could. I went in asking for a check up since I hadn't been to the doctor in over 5 years. I told him I just wanted to make sure everything looked good and I had no serious health issues I should be aware of. All the doctor did was use a stethoscope to check my lungs. He didn't even bother with nose, throat or any labs. Acted like I was a nuisance the whole time I was there and looked at me a total of 3 times. The rest of the time he talked to his computer. My insurance covers annual exams so I was confused when I got a bill in the mail. Called the front desk and the lady I spoke with told me "oh well you asked for a check up not a physical so that is not covered". Apparently asking for a "check up" means a check on any of the prescriptions you are taking. This facility had to of known I wasn't asking for a check on my meds, because I am NOT currently even on any prescription medications! So in the end, I did not get my exam that I wanted done, and I am forced to pay a bill for a med check when i am not even on any meds. Ridiculous.
