“We got a super last minute reservation during a weekend in July and were so excited to stay!! We loved everything, location is perfect, check in/checkout is easy & parking is great too. So many fun places to shop, eat & drink at in a walking distance and of course close to Canal if you’re a true tourist lol. My only “complaint” is the dog fee. $99 seems a little steep for our very chill pup! Happy to have a getaway though, we’ll be back! ❤️”

“I enjoyed my visit to Torrid. I witnessed the management talk down to employees. I asked a question about sizing and felt I was bothering her. I did ask if she was management and she replied yes. This being said I asked for a fitting room as she made some abrupt comments about customers being in rooms they were not assigned to. Through some research I understand there is favoritism between her and the area female manager who are friends. This has now grown toxic for this store and the others who do not dare to report the way they are treated. Understanding also that complaints have been made by previous customers but because these 2 women are friends they do not get addressed!
I will be taking my poor experience higher up because I am unsure this matter will get honestly addressed.
I will not correspond with the Torrid manager because I saw a very unprofessional person who finds it ok to shame her employees in front of customers. I will be contacting corporate to try to get a positive resolution.”

“Went to Aztecas Mexican restaurant. The food was outstanding and the server was Great. He did everything he could to help make this restaurant great. Other restaurants should take a lesson from him as to how to treat customers.”

“Bring your walking shoes and a sweatshirt or jacket, it can get really chilly by the water. This is the first stop we make when visiting Duluth - it’s always a fun to walk down the pier to the light house and back and check out the lift bridge. For a longer visit, eat lunch at one of the restaurants and walk up and down the street checking out the cute shops.”

“Convenient location and variety of vendors, with some activities but there isn't much of a map to find stores. It usually has plenty of parking and isn't too crowded. A very relaxed and friendly environment.”

“Stopped to pick up a loaf of bread, ended up with 2 because I couldn't decide. Asiago Pesto for breakfast!I was happy to find a wonderfully plowed parking lot after the 3 day snow storm.”
