Grace was the best employee I have ever met! My experience was great. I felt like I could chat with her for hours. She was so nice and helped me with all my needs. My friend and I were in desperate need of skin care and lip products. She was so helpful and treated us like friends. Highly recommend having Grace assist you. She was the best! Keep it up girl :)

The employees are very kind but Sephora is selling expired makeup. I got my favorite Lancôme foundation on sale just to find out it expired last month. I went to exchange it to get a new one but there wasn’t one that wasn’t expired! Plus there were foundations that expired in 2021. They did this with the Beauty Blender concealer too. Not sure what the employees can do, but very concerning that a company would do this to customers. Just be careful everyone!

I didn’t catch the girls name that helped me today may 14th around 3pm she helped me find the right color for me with the rare Selena Gomez with foundation and blush she’s very sweet and patient!! Thank you again<3

I have received very poor customer service there on 2 occasions. Also they do not carry a good enough assortment of bedding and pillows.
