For the price, you'd think that the rooms would be cleaner and updated. Had a gum wrapper on the counter in our room when we walked in.

The staff are nice and the views are good. The rooms are subpar. The outlets and charging ports didn’t work in two different rooms we stayed in. The bathtub drain was slow and the drain was broken. There was hair on the “clean” bathroom counter. The paint is peeling throughout, elevator buttons are broken, and signage throughout the halls (including emergency exit signs) are all damaged.Overall, a disappointing experience. I would not recommend, nor would I visit a Radisson hotel again.

Rooms: Dirty and smelled of vomit. Parking garage caused damage to vehicle because of gigantic potholesFood & drinks: The restaurant food made all 3 of us sick. Won’t return

The room was fine but the walls are TERRIBLY thin-- I could hear *every single detail* of the conversations, TV shows, etc. happening in the room next to mine. Food from the restaurant was fine. I would not stay here again.

Great customer service is the only reason for the 4 stars. Shout out to Eric (food & beverage), Paige, front desk & Josh, maintenance… you all need a raise! Although hotel had an update in 2015, it seriously needs another. Great revolving restaurant view up top. Many layers of paint can’t cover up a general air of dingy in the rooms and pool area. Tacky caution tape on broken sauna.Could not watch TV more than 20 minutes without loss of feed… yes we let front desk know and yes maintenance was called… they did their best but heard same issue from other guests. Hotel is aware of issue but apparently figures not worth fixing. For people who don’t go out for nightlife, tv is an important part of relaxing or SLEEPING. Staff took care of us but if management cared, continuous issue would be fixed.

Food debris and garbage in elevator for over 12 hours from notifying front desk. Nasty & unhealthy.Rooms: Crowded & although good amenities, guests can't easily walk side by side. Bathroom was very crowded and difficult to move around in. We were supposed to have an accessible room. THAT wasn't the case at all.

Me And my Boyfriend stayed here booked a room the hot tub pool and sauna are down. They didn't tell us until we checked into our room. They don’t do breakfast in the morning u have to pay for it at the restaurant. I’ve never heard of a hotel that don’t do free breakfast we wasted 110$ for a night idk if I’ll return

Stayed for the weekend and multiple cars got broken into while we were there. We saw a number of used needles in front of the main entrance and generally the hotel did not feel safe. Multiple people found other accommodation due to this.

We were looking for a weekend getaway in Duluth and I probably hadn’t been to the radisson for over 20 years. Not as I remembered. Obvious black mold in the bathroom. Table was about to fall over so I had to screw in the legs tighter. Unfortunately there was a hockey tournament going on so there were hundreds of preteen girls playing hockey in the hallways day and night. I called the front desk to see if we could get a quieter room but they basically said that was the case throughout the whole hotel. So if you’re with a big group then the Radisson will give you the run of the place but if you’re trying to have a nice hotel experience individually then don’t choose Radiasson Duluth.

probably one of my top 3 worst hotel stays. for a 15 story hotel, only 1 elevator works, and as a person who was staying on the 15th floor, i'm not taking the stairs. waiting for the elevator alone is terrible with only one, as again, 15 stories, so many people staying there. the elevator isn't leveled with the floor, so taking the luggage cart in and out is so hard. although the room was nice and so was the staff, i'm never staying here again. cool rotating restaurant tho

I was on the 12th floor. Weather was windy. Really no complaints. Free coffee. Close to Starbucks and various restaurants. Good for a 3 day trip .

Do not stay in room 1204! One of the HAIREST rooms we ever had. Hair all over the ceiling and overall cleaning or lack of was just completely careless, bathroom was the worst. Blood all over the blankets, mold behind the curtains, sticky surfaces all over, ice bucket was rusty and slimy same with the tissue holder, food and spills all under the beds. I will say staff was very friendly, but the simple fact they do not take off a percentage or night off your bill for what you are about to see is pretty appalling.
