Showed up for price information and product choices for our truck. After talking with them about covers his no pressure style and quality of displays we decided to order one. After checking the inventory, finding exactly what we wanted, within 45 minutes we left with a professional installation. Couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience, the price was very competitive but with the amazing service and quality product lines there's no competition. We will definitely be back to get a roll out bed from them having it installed there, especially at the price point they offer. Thanks again for everything.

I'm disappointed in the staff at the Duluth Radco store. I stopped with my dad to pick up a tonneau cover. No real issues with the cover or selection. The problem happened when we left. The battery in his truck died. The staff refused to help us. I guess its against store policy to jump start trucks. Who would of thought a truck accessory store would refuse to help jump start someone's truck. Can you trust a company/staff that refuses to help with one of the most simple things?

Had this topper put on in 2021. The foam seal was wearing out and they were so helpful and speedy getting me in and out after fixing it.

I went in to get a few questions answered. They showed me quite a few choices. The only thing they didn't know was how the box rack would work with the tonneau cover.

Ordered replacement latches for Leer topper due to frozen locks. Had to special order so all keyed alike. Parts weren't happening, and they kept me informed. Called back and had a junk Leer topper, removed latches and sent to me and received them the next day, and it was.only $10!Fantastic customer care, thank you.

Call this location in Duluth I'm a hour 20 minutes away they told me bring my truck and they'll see if they could help I arrived they sent my to a chain parts store next door without even looking at what I needed Very disappointed terrible customer service I don't recommend this business

I hope their customer service is better in person than it is on the phone. I have called them a half a dozen times over 2 days to ask a simple question, and they never EVER answer the phone. I will be going elsewhere.

Horrible. The store is closed. Called the phone number on the door-it went to the Radco in Blaine, MN. I left a message for a callback to order a matching rear seat cover. That was two weeks ago. Radco is not a properly run business.

I went in to have them order and install a tonneau cover and window visors on my Tacoma. It should have been no big deal. Greg, the associate who helped me, assured me I had all the equipment and parts necessary for the install 2 weeks later.In two weeks, Greg wasn't there, I didn't get my tonneau cover put on because my truck wasn't equipped with the proper accessory and the Installer wouldn't put in the visors because the glue needed to cure for 24 hours at 60° or better.I completed the purchase and had the Installer load the cover into the back of my truck in the box, so I could drive it home and lug it up 4 floors to stash in my apartment. I want to return this expensive stuff and now no one will answer the phone to let me know if they will take it back.. Because I am a small traveling medical worker and I don't know how to install it myself.I'm super disappointed.
