Tessa, Zen, and Binod should all be commended for their customer service and dedication. All 3 were professional, personable, and just good people to work with. Very good at multitasking in a busy environment.
I called on the way and Tessa picked up. I was a bit anxious about shipping an expensive musical instrument and wanted to make sure this store was capable. I could instantly tell she was going to make sure I was taken care of. When I arrived, she could tell I was the one who called and she was able to get me started within seconds of walking in. Genuinely cool person :)
Zen really impressed me too- highly intelligent with a great work ethic.
Binod was also warm and friendly. He seemed quite experienced and was able to confidently answer any tricky questions that came his way.

“Charlie Beckham the UPS Store Manager in Duluth, MN was truly amazing! Charlie helped me on 8/7/24 and 8/9/24. I was going through a difficult family situation and sending family treasures to my home in AZ. Charlie was very kind, professional and so patient! Packing my large oil paintings was not an easy job and he was so good at what he was doing and with a positive attitude! Excellent customer service like Charlie provided is rare to find today!
