“Our Duluth, MN main post office is excellent. They’re friendly, helpful, and usually we’ll-staffed when you go there in person. It is very frustrating that nobody answers the phone. We have a lot of issues with our letter carrier on Goat Hill and there is no way to resolve it. Overall they’re very good though. Thank you for your good work!”

“Don't take a pocket knife in because this is also a federal building, but there's never any line once you get to the post office counter and I'm always in and out in less than 5 minutes. I use this location probably 2 or 3 times a month. You do have to empty your pockets and go through the metal detector thing but again there's never any lines so it takes like 1 minute max to get in”
