Scheduled an apt for my daughter over a week in advance online via their website for 9/8/2024 … drove 1.5 hr from WI for apt at 3pm and NOBODY was working. Voicemail didn’t work to see if it was closed down or anything like that. No sign saying someone would be back. Looked like a completely abandoned kiosk. Super disappointed. Waited around for a little while to give the person some grace if they were just late or off to the restroom and nothing. Thankfully Claire’s was open and available to see her otherwise what a waste of a trip!

The ladies working were great, they both helped me find earrings and a necklace for my daughters wedding! I had planned on zales, since I have a zales credit card but unfortunately this mall no longer has one but this was an excellent 2nd option and will be shopping at other Banter stores, for we travel a lot for work

This is horrible place to get a piercing. The stud post earrings they sell are too short. I got a helix piercing and it was perfectly fine due to the fact that cartilage does not swell but I went to get my second lobe done, and that was the problem. The stud was too short that when my lobe swelled, the jewel of the earring was pulled through my ear. I had to go to a professional piercer to get it redone to avoid an infection. I would highly recommend going to a professional in the first place, not paying $60 for an infection. Below is a picture of my second lobe piercing stud going through my ear.
