“We were here looking for a kitchen sink that was not stainless steel. Dave in that dept sat us down and showed us online what was available in what we wanted. As they didn't actually have anything on the floor displays. He was so very helpful and patient with us. When we decide to order the sink we will be sure to work with Dave. An excellent employee for Home Depot .”
“We had purchased a Samsung refrigerator for my daughter in the twin cities at a Home Depot store near her. There were issues with the refrigerator and I was getting nowhere with Samsung honoring the warranty. In desperation, I went to the Duluth Home Depot store near my own home to ask for advice and Dave in the appliance department was able to help me. He stepped in- right then and there to and call Samsung directly... and got them to correct the situation. This store had no obligation to us for what happened with a purchase in another store, yet Dave went the extra mile to help a customer out and I can never thank him enough. Selection of products is one thing, but customer service is what really matters. I shop at Home Depot and will continue to do so. I would recommend this store to anyone.”
