I recently bought a Crosstrek from New Duluth Auto, and to say the group went above and beyond would be a huge understatement. They were all friendly, knowledgeable and fixed a tire issue immediately. This was my first purchase from New Duluth Auto but certainly won't be my last. Highly recommend!

Alot of vehicles. Bad points had a hard time parking ( lack of). No one came on the lot had to go in the office to find someone. He said he was the owner very unfriendly could careless if he sold a vehicle.

We’ve purchased three cars from New Duluth Auto over the last 10 years (two were Subaru's), and we recommend them to friends. I like how they show you pictures of the cars before they got them (and fixed them up), and how they provide a limited warranty with each sale. As far as I can tell, the work they do is excellent. They have become the first place we look when purchasing a new (old) car.

I've been driving a 2017 Forester XT I bought from the folks at New Duluth Auto 2+ years ago and have never had better service from an auto dealer! Zero pressure when making the decision to purchase. Super friendly. Super knowledgeable. These guys know their stuff and take great care of their customers.

Being new to the area, i was looking for a Subaru and it looked like New Duluth Auto had quite a selection. So i reached out with a few requests about trade in and also a request just for them to contact me. Sadly, i have not received anything. Im big on customer service, so despite all the good reviews, and to be fair I'm sure they are good, it was a disappointment to at least not get back to me. A lot of companies today fail to meet a simple request concerning an inquiry. I just did not expect that from what i read.

Bought a 2017 suburu legacy a year ago. Has been a great car. This last weekend I had a critter chew through one of the wires that run to the battery, Miller hill suburu didnt have the specific part to sell me without buying the whole wiring assembly. so I went back to New Duluth Auto to see if they would have a spare one to sell me, and they gave it to me for free. Bunch of great dudes at New Duluth Auto. :)

My wife and I have purchased a couple of vehicles from New Duluth Auto (Mike, Javan, and Cody). They are very easy-going, knowledgeable, and provide excellent customer service and vehicle warranties. We purchased a Forester (in 2021), and noted the front passenger door was a slightly different shade of metallic gray….I let Mike know immediately, took it back for a visual so he could verify (which he did). Mike’s words “We will take care of it, no problem”. I had the vehicle back in two-days, which I felt was excellent.
