Cute shop, tons of fake products for sale. I purchased bracelets of “malachite” “pyrite” “shungite” “back tourmaline” and others which all betrayed themselves as counterfeit. The glaze wore off the beads over time, the matte top coat chipped off, white elastic of the bracelets were stained from dye transfer, and dye stained my wrist and dripped off in abundance when washing my hands. After this experience, I don’t trust a single product in the shop, and definitely don’t trust whoever owns it, who is clearly just in business to exploit spiritual seekers and and profit as much as possible in a city with minimal competition.
Do better.

I bought a ring here and it didn’t last a week. The materials they make for their rings and jewelry are cheaply made. Plus they won’t accept returns if its broken. They won’t even fix the ring. I would recommend not buying their jewelry. It’s way too expensive for the poor quality materials of “sterling silver” they make. My friend bought a $ 40 necklace here and it broke less than 3 days. And bought the same exact one on ETSY for $14. If you want to buy crystal rings and crystal necklaces I would recommend Etsy website!! They got better quality and more options.

Will not be going back to this store and won't be recommending it to anyone at all. Especially when they have a store manager that disrespects elderly women. Manager never called or followed up with us about an item we purchased out of his store. Once my grandmother got a hold of him he told her he can't just give her free money and theres nothing he can do for her. Sir its not free money.... we spent over hundreds of dollars at your store that was money that was worked hard for. The Amethyst Bracelet that was purchased with hard earned money broke within a day of wearing it. Don't buy any of their bracelets they break easily.

i’ve been here so many times and have always recommend it to everyone, but after today i would highly recommend going to global village instead. my girlfriend and one of our friends walked in and the older woman working at the counter immediately told the younger employee to “watch the girls with the bags” loud enough for us and other customers to hear. so disappointing and uncomfortable to be treated that way after spending so much money here. the atmosphere at global village is much more welcoming

Welcoming staff and quaint stock. The folks working there where quick to engage us in conversation and where very sweet. The products where much cheaper than they are in SoCal, which made buying stones a treat. I also appreciate that they have cool angel statues, which I find a refreshing departure from cutesy-wooty Rococo inspired cherubs.
