“Unusual request. My brother in law just died 2 weeks ago and my wife flew from California to be with her sister. Very hard on my sister in law. Thought it would be good to treat them to a nice Italian dinner, but how to get it to them. Looked up delivery services in Duluth and found Dash. Called and spoke to John and he said possible, but needed to talk to boss, Mike. Mike called the next day and said it's a go. They also picked up a bottle of wine on the way. A great job for a good fee. Thanks Dash!!”

“I had a hard time reaching them by phone to get a unit; however, I stopped in the office one day and the gal was very friendly and got me set up. They didn't initially have the size I wanted but when one opened up they let me have 1st dibs on it. When I moved somewhere with a garage it was no problem to cancel. Would definitely recommend!”

“We recently used U-Pack to move a relative from MN to SC. Due to many unknowns about when the relative would be ready, we had to change our moving dates multiple times as well as the drop off location. U-Pack was always helpful and flexible and best of all when you called their number you spoke directly to a knowledgeable and helpful person. During the move U-Pack was very communicative with updates and the trailer was delivered on time. I was very pleased with both the cost of the move and the performance of U-Pack. As I mentioned they have first class customer service. How many times do you call a company and talk to a real person. So refreshing!!!!”
