My phone was flintonish at best.As a matter of fact according to Corporate Verizon it wasn't considered a phone.What ? I've been paying my phone bill for that type of phone for 6 years ands it's not considered a phone.Well the technicians all four of them over two visits spent over two racking their brain's try to figure out how I could my new Galaxy S 24 ultra at the promotional prise.You should have seen the determination and commitment on there face.When the solution was thought of they were as happy as I was.I've been with Verizon for 30 years. “I've only been there once but was very impressed. The young man that waited on me was friendly and knowledgeable. He went the extra mile in explaining why he had to order the laptop battery I needed versus trying to stockpile all the different laptop batteries, especially like mine, a discontinued Toshiba. Lots of parking. A nice clean store.”
