Nice shop with quality goods! Great selection of gear and clothing. The customer service was spectacular—the staff helped my partner find new, high quality laces which fit his boots and exchanged the laces as needed for the proper fit. I definitely recommend checking this place out if you're in the area!

Nice gear, and selection although pricier than retail from other stores (for example, a 45 to 50 dollar backpack running 90) but- its apparent that once the long time owners/employees get questions that throw them off their routine: their nice little mom and pop act drops. You won't see a dime from me again. I'll be sure to spread the good word.

I went here to buy some boots before the big storm and boots were and are good quality, but the customer service was excellent, they were about to close but waited for me to run to the ATM, I was very impressed by the customer service which was excellent, would definitely recommend this place and I will be back to purchase other things, u guys really made my day thank u.U definitely deserve the rating I gave 5 stars.???

Inventory is good, but not great. I have found items to repair my gear, that the big box stores do not have. Costumer service is excellent, both friendly, and knowledgeable. Anyone who loves the great outdoors should have this store in their bag of tricks. Wish I could give them a 4.5!!!?

I was looking at sunglasses behind a hat in their display window and briefly went downstairs to look for cold activated towels(as the owner said check down there.) When I got back upstairs I was looking at another hat as well and decided to lean under it to see the price. The owner accused me of waiting for someone outside his business and treated me like I was doing something illegal. I was walking around downtown looking in stores because I had just made money playing music. He starting getting in my face when I tried to explain that he was being paranoid and threatened me as I was walking out already by saying ,Do you need help getting out? As he almost physically pushed me. If he would have I can guarantee my response would have finally been criminal because this was so unecessary and paranoid that he literally pushed a paying and interested costumer out of the store. Dont serve this company please if you have any ounce of justice in your hearts. I am in disbelief that he got away with it period.

Never been here before so I thought I'd check it out. I gave the guy working at front desk a shy giggle and he responded with poor customer service. He had his employee follow me around the store as if I was about to rob something. I saw cute things I would have purchased on sale, if it wasn't for the poor customer service and instant judgement.

11/10/21 there was a young lady screaming "help me; Call the police" on the stairs directly infront of their business. She was being beaten and robbed and this businesses response was to lock the doors during business hours and refuse to call the police when I knocked on their door and asked them to. I was going to shop here because I've never been here but after the hostile encounter with the Owner when I asked him to call the police I will not be coming back here

I went in looking for some cold weather gear the lady that helped me was very patient answered all my questions even opened a package for me so I could try it on before purchasing. I will definitely be back. Thank you for your help an kindness.
