Just had a wonderful experience buying a car at Subaru with Derek! I would recommend working with him to anyone I know. He was super helpful, kind, and on top of everything! I bought the car about a week ago and he messaged to check in and see how the car is doing today. Beyond amazing service from Derek! Highly highly recommend Derek from Subaru if you’re looking for a new ride!!

How do you quote someone for spark plugs but not include the cost of the spark plugs? Robbed us blind and gave us an 8 dollar car wash as an “I’m sorry”. Laughable.

Be cautious of service department they didn’t seem to have a problem working on my sons car to have spark plugs replaced and now because the car is mis firing . They’re saying they can’t do anything about it because it has modifications done to it which is strange how they will work on it knowing it’s modified, but if anything’s wrong, they don’t want to claim it. I brought my 2019 Impreza in for a oil change and I told the service representative that I was hearing brake noise and I asked it they could check the brakes. She said they would do it with a tire rotation. I said I just had the tires rotated there on my last oil change. They couldn't help me . That's nice brakes are a safety concern, they could have helped me in this regard. I took my keys back and said that I would go somewhere else. I have been a regular customer there but no more. Very poor customer service.

Devan and the mechanic who we who worked on the car are amazing. My daughter had to get a new engine in her forester. They kept in constant contact weather by phone or email. They sent us photos of the work through the whole build. I can’t thank them enough or tell them how much I appreciated their kindness and support. This was already a stressful situation to be in but the took so much of that stress off us. You have a forever customer with me. My 2nd Subaru will be bought here.

Wonderful place to purchase a vehicle. I worked with Jake during a stressful time of my life, and left with a reliable car the same day. He was completely understanding and willing to help any way he could. I didn’t feel I was getting scammed at all- I have little knowledge of cars and the buying process but needed a car as my old vehicle broke down in the midst of student teaching.First oil change and inspection is free, which rocks! Clean and put together waiting room with snacks and refreshments for patrons. Highly recommend for a low pressure dealership.

Bought 4 tires. Shane was at the desk and he was very helpful. The tires + mounting + alignment came in at less than the original estimate. And John gave me a lift to my home and later picked me up—we had a nice conversation each way.

I called and talked to Josh about a car I was interested in. I wasn't rude or pushy or anything. I asked basic questions about the car and potentially any other cars coming down the pipeline. I had asked for a price sheet to be emailed over. Josh sounded more than happy to do that, confirmed that he had my email address, and would send it over. While on the phone another customer came in and he said he had to go, so I told him no problem. I never received a price sheet. I tried contacting them again and never got a response about the car I was interested in. Just thought it was weird that no one wanted to contact me.

The recall work was completed in the same excellent manner as always. My only question is why the letter said 1/2 hour which was not accurate.

Apparently, Miller Hill Subaru doesn't read the follow up email, asking "if my visit with their service department exceeded my expectations" they send out. If they had taken the time to read my reply (as well as the reply to a survey they sent), I doubt they would have sent a third email to me.If you have a day to waste (and not get what you made an appointment for) bring your car there.If you don't mind responding to the follow ups, reviews, and surveys that are sent out, only to have the replies ignored, waste your time - just I have for the third time.If this post gets aired, it will be the only thing they did right.I was going to give them a zero rating, but this will not post unless a minimum of one star is clicked. Wow!Enjoy your star MHS. That is, if you bother to read this. It would be a first.

Made an appointment last week Wednesday specifically for my driver side window and rear view wiper blade motor. I explained to the service department that the driver side window sticks, then rolls down. The rear windshield wiper motor doesn’t work at all. I also tried to schedule someone to look at my electronic starter. I did not receive a phone call regarding the electronic starter. Today I brought my vehicle in. After 30 minutes, they informed me that the rear wiper blade motor needs to be replaced and that they will have to order the part, even though I made the appointment specifically for that. They greased the channels for my driver window and sent me on my way. On the way home. My driver side window stuck and rolled down again. I just feel that the whole experience was unprofessional and they did not do anything I set the appointment up for. I tried calling to speak to a manager, and all I got was voicemails. Still have not heard anything from them. Now I have to wait for the part to come in, take more time out of my day, miss work and drive two hours there and two hours back plus the cost of gas for something that should’ve been done the first time.

The lube tech forgot to tighten my oil drain plug on my brand new Outback. This was the 2nd time I have brought a vehicle here for service, and it was my 2nd bad experience. I highly recommend never bringing a vehicle here.
