This is the second order they screwed up within two weeks. Cannot get through customer service and when you do they put you on hold and then your disconnected. Will dispute these charges with my credit card company!!!

Ordered 6 pairs of leggings. Received a sweater we never ordered, but it came under the order number of our leggings order. i was told their distribution center "does this all the time" sending items not ordered then charge customers. I brought the sweater in, explaining we did not order this and yet we were charged for the product we ordered but did not receive. They made me speak to someone at a Care Center, only to be told the items we ordered were no longer available in the size we needed. After 45 frustrating minutes of trying to explain they charged our card for items not received I was told they would refund the amount. A month later and no refund on the card. The store has the original receipt, I showed them the credit card transaction with their name on it for the amount. They still won't refund without a credit card survey to prove in an audit we actually were charged. I told them they are committing fraud by accepting payment for product not sent. Disputing the charges now with credit card company. We placed the order in store with the associate. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ESPECIALLY ONLINE!

Terrible shopping experience.... even worse Customer Service. I have tried 2 times to online order. The 1st was delivered to my home and was not what I ordered. The 2nd, was ship to store and was supposedly delivered to the store and they never got it. After 3 attempts to contact customer service regarding this, I still do not have a refund.

I had someone open a Maurices credit card in my "name" from a different state and enjoy $440.00 worth of merchandise on me. I got the collection notice, called and was told they couldn't do anything to help me, I had to call collection company. How the hell is it so easy to open a credit card thru your company using someone else's information?! This has happened more than once, the last time was 2 years ago. This is why I stopped shopping at your stores! And they didn't even use my correct name and were able to open a card! Your customers security is nothing.

BAD ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE X 4.I PLACED AN ORDER FOR 2 PAIRS OF SHOES IN AUGUST. RECEIVED ONE AND THE OTHER KEPT SAYING WAITING FOR SHIPPER. NEVER RECEIVED CREDIT NOW I HAVE LATE FEE AND FINACE CHARGE. I GUESS ITS ASKING TOO MUCH FOR 4 PEOPLE TO FIX THEIR ERROR SO THEY ARE NOW LOOSING A LIFE LONG CUSTOMER.

Worst customer service! Absolutely impossible to create an online account the good luck at trying to pay your bill. I was on the phone 4 time today with a help center that sounded like it was in either in Sri Lanka or Malaysia. Nice people just could not help me. When they were able to finally get me what I needed, I ended up having to call back, again to get more help because the website is not user friendly.Please, hire me to be your chief information officer!

Maurices has the WORST customer service EVER! Long story with my one and only order from them but if I could just call the local store it would have been resolved. Given tracking number showing it was never delivered but it was at the store. Got a local number and connected to some foreign customer service, after several tries. I just want my $12 refund. How hard is that?

Good luck shopping online if you're Canadian. Not only is "ship to store" unavailable for Canada, but every time I entered my address, the form would autofill and save the wrong address omitting my apartment number. This was extremely frustrating trying to re-enter and save my address multiple times only to have it changed to the wrong suggested address again. Was going to spend a couple hundred bucks but forget it. No point if I can't even have it shipped properly.

Amber at the Fairvirw Heights, IL location is very unprofessional and unpleasant. Made a formal complaint with mall security and regional manager. I am waiting on a return call! She should be let go. Formal training wouldn't even work for her unprofessional attitude.

I returned a pair of jeans within 30 days of receipt. Maurice's confirmed that they had received the return on JANUARY 9, 2023. I was told it would take 5-7 working days to post the refund in the credit card account.The accounting department had "trouble" with the credit card return and did DID NOT NOTIFY me. I called after a few weeks and was told they could NOT do the credit card return so I could receive a merchandize credit. I did NOT want a credit.They then told me that I could get a check but it would take 6-8 weeks to receive it. I still have NOT received they check. I have spoken both on the phone and by email with company representatives at least 4-5 times. I just got an email today MAY 9, 2023..."SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE BUT THE CHECK HAD NOT BEEN SENT. YOU CAN EXPECT TO RECEIVE IT WITHIN 6-8 WEEKS."I would NEVER use this on line company again.

Newer building from what i can tell its well built and warm, only have ever been in the lobby, so id say first impression good. How ever i have been in the connected ramp its something like 5 storys i think, of witch i could find nothing bad walls good flat and straight the concrete had a nice soft fast walk to it ,, the deck was not filled with holes no rebar exposed, twin stairwells and the realy nice part it has twin entry/exits,, perfect for a fast get away ona friday! In closing this ramp might b a smidge to nice for alot of yas ,, to nice a ramp is not a wide spread prob in duluth(casino,) and few others in town ,, u no who you are) so enjoy it !

Asians answering ANY phone number you can find - phone banks in other countries. Can't understand anyone. I agree with commentor on here that clothing quality has PLUMMETED in last couple of years. I currently can't order online like I used to because their is a giant Virtual Assitant block that covers half the screen and no way to get rid of it. I thought if I called headquarters and told someone they could stop missing out on hundreds of thousands of online orders. But nope. Can only get little Phillipino girl that doesn't understand me or I her. NO WAY to reach the people who really work in Duluth. So screw y'all.

Going to post a positive since all these are negative…my package was stolen off my doorstep on December 27th and Maurice’s instantly refunded me on the 31st. Not their fault at all but they still sent the refund. Thank you :)

Just tried calling customer service line to ask a question about a recent purchase I made and after explaining to the customer service rep 3 times what I was asking she still didn't understand and I was struggling to understand her as well. There was a significant language barrier that prevented us from coming to any resolution.
