The only place I know of that gives a 10 cent per gallon discount without signing up. Simply enter your 10 digit phone number when it asks for your loyalty number.

I love popcorn and I got it for free after filling up on gas on my way home after a long day of work. I will be getting gas here again. ?

Small ma n pa gas station. Probably the cheapest place to get fuel in the Duluth/Superior area. They also have free popcorn. The store is small, so they may not have everything a full size convenience store has.
