My engine failed on my 2015 Kia Sportage on the way to work a couple weeks ago. Eagle Towing came to my rescue and after a short stop at Cloquet Service Center to diagnose the issue, my car was off to Kia of Duluth. Once there, the problem was confirmed. I needed a new engine. Kia was fast, professional and very helpful. They got my new engine and put it in in less than a week. Jack called to update me each step of the way and followed up a few days later to be sure I wasn't having any issues. I requested my car be detailed as well and when I picked it up, she looked and ran like a new car. Great customer service from all 3 businesses. Happy to recommend them to anyone!

I had to return to the shop to have the display cleared of the service timeline reminder. Also, the invoice states that the service included exterior car wash and vacuum; vacuum does not appear to have been done. I generally get 5-star service at Freeway Auto; didn’t feel that way today.
