I have had a few other cuts here that were good. Today's was anything but. I have never had anyone in my hundreds of haircuts not know what 0/no guard was. Then when switching to it, to get zipped by the clippers on my neck. Didn't see til I got home that not even the whole edge got trimmed, probably because she never even took the time to finish it with the small trimmer to line up side burns and the back of the neck.
This was the only haircut I've ever gotten where they didn't even blow off the trimmings with a hair dryer. This was the only time at this salon I was rinsed off with water and shampoo (not charged any different price than the last times here either).
She also turned me away from the mirror the entire cut, which was a first for me. Then didn't offer a handheld mirror to show me the back. When I asked for the mirror, she dug one out of the drawer and just handed it to me.
I get better experience at Great Clips and Cost Cutters.

I didn't want any blonde ?♀️ highlights, wanted to work WITH my gray. Still GOT BLOND HIGHLIGHTS. I told ? the gal that getting blonde ?♀️ highlights would damage/fry ? as my hair couldn't handle that ! I don't like blond hair. Her suggestion: Buy some purple shampoo to at least cut the ?♀️ down some. I kept trying to get DARK lowlights. Was told I could make another appointment , left message ? today and no call back...so I went corporate ???? who told me that supposedly this salon ?♀️ will be calling me back sometime but who knows when?! ?♀️ ?

I just had the WORST experience of my life at this salon. My kids had stuffy noses and because of this the guy that cut our kids hair was soooooooo offensive I could not believe it. Even after we agreed to wear masks he was rude. He complained about my daughter’s hair saying it was too snaggly even though he was cutting off the part of her hair that was snaggly. Clearly he doesn’t know what happens when a child wears a stocking cap. Everything that came out of this man’s mouth was offensive. Never been treated so poorly by anyone in customer service in my life. This man should not be allowed to work there. I will NEVER go back again. HORRIBLE!!!!!!

Service was okay. The lady was super nice but she kept trying to have small talk, which i didn't like. Furthermore, she cut my hair too short. I asked for a cut barely touching my shoulder. She cut it an inch above my shoulder and cut my bangs all choppy. I figured it was worth going to save a little bit of money but hair is one thing you should splurge on a bit if you want it done right. I am never going there again.

Generally a great salon! I took my granddaughter to get her haircut for a treat- a little pampering- but there was a screaming/crying child getting his haircut- it put a little damper on the experience. Her stylist was very nice, but didn't thin her hair as we had asked. So it was an okay experience.

So I had Alia and she was so sweet to me and even complimented me when she was doing my hair! It's been a long time since I have had a haircut and the amount of anxiety and depression I was going through! Not only did she make me feel better about myself she kinda pulled me out of a depressed mood thank you Alia you deserve a raise! IV never felt more comfortable and confident until you did my hair. you understood the situation and worked magic ✨ thank you sooo much ❤️❤️❤️

i came in asking for blonde hair and layers with curtain bangs, she messed up the bleaching of my hair and it turned out orange so she toned it like 3 times and after she did it and dried it, it was so dead and frizzy it felt so horrible i wanted to cry. it feels better after using a hair mask and a ton of products but there is definitely long lasting damage from what she did and its looking a bit streaky aswellServices: Haircut
